M & L Equalisation tank open type for cleaning / opening of choked / jammed suction / delivery all lines of sewage pump in sump well (size upto 10mtr dia and 10 mtr depth maximum) fitted with submersible sewage pumpset of any capacity upto 20HP by rodding, air pressure or other mechanical means for removing of setteled down sludge at the bottom of sump well and made the line serviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Any other work required for cleaning the choked lines / removal of sludge includes removal of weeds, bushes & vegetation, electrician work, plumbing work or mechanical means required if any deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Supply, fixing and testing in repair LED street light fitting of 45 Watt fitted on 4 to 9 meter high octagonal pole 9 & 11 meter PCC/Swan neck pole including LED lamps complete with body robust, corrosion, resistant, superior finish and without any cracks or through holes, made in a single piece by high pressure die cast aluminium alloy. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction totally enclosed dust and water proof with minimum IP-65 protection as per IS-10322-1982 (Part-I) with latest amendments and input voltage range 140-300V, AC, frequency 50-60 Hz, PF should be more than 0.9 with total harmonic distoration THD (I) less than 15%, cool white colour and lamp starting time should not be more than 10 second, Fittings should be provided upto 10 KV surge protection. Driver should be constant current constant voltage driver. Driver should also have high voltage with standing capacity upto 300V, AC double phase protection, no load, open circuit and short circuit protection. Repair overhauling of monoblock / centrifugal set upto 15 HP by replacing worn out gland packing, gasket, bearing bushes bolts, nuts, washers etc including cleaning greasing tightening of bolts, nuts and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing ball bearing suitable for upto 15HP capacity motors / pumps after removal of old unserviceable bearing and making proper alignment and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : SKF/NBC/FAG/NRB/TATA

Repair of any fault in automatic bleaching dozer / granule dozer Model ACD 150 capacity 150 Ltr including replace of any electrical / mechanical parts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge Note :- A Sum of Rs. 16,125.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/ demolished/ taking down material.
