Dismantling of OH ACSR conductor of any size and removing unserviceable conductor from site complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of LT insulators any type or size complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channels or angle, section etc complete and setting aside for reuse or as directed.

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid in trenches as cable covers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete.

Taking out of pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size and refixing of same with 50mm thick sand cushioning filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for horizontal boring mechanically across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 80/40 mm bore GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. ( Note :- GI pipe will be measured and paid respective item of BOQ').

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated,FRLS screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4.0 core with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe brick protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BoQ ).(Make: Polycab/Havells/Gloster).

Supply and fixing GI tubing, Light grade, 40 mm bore with all fitting laid in trenches / pole / wall for protection of earth conductor complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down for LED light fittings any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug bolts, nuts and screw as specified, type 410 SP-31, 9.0 Metre long including painting all external exposed steel surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and all internal surfaces & external surfaces in contract with concrete with two coats of black bituminous paint and painting of bottom portion of the pole upto 0.75m from top of the coping with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing pole no with synthetic enamel white paint on black colour circle of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation & Earth work and PCC foundation/base shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BoQ ).

M & L for Mild Steel cross arms, bracing clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers etc, drilling hole for bolts in any shape or size complete with welding, binding, two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer for fixing flood lights complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrodes of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised 32x 6 mm earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (Medium grade) for LT panel/FPB complete all as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size 30x30x10 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm diameter MS bar finnel wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light luminaires 60 Watts 230V AC outdoor type IP 65/66 type with multiple optics lens incl standard fittings pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat reistant toughened front glass housing with epoxy powder coated finsh and complete with control gear box and all accessories duly prewired and connecting to junction box and testing including three years on site warranty from manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x18W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size up to two meter length from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light luminaires 70 Watts 230V AC outdoor type IP 65/66 type with multiple optics lens incl standard fittings pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat reistant toughened front glass housing with epoxy powder coated finsh and complete with control gear box and all accessories duly prewired and connecting to junction box and testing including three years on site warranty from manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pole mounted junction box/bus bar chamber for loop connection of street light cable of size 295x195x100 with 63 amps aluminium busbar wrapped with PVC sleeves and maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with GI nuts, bolts & washers for connections and mounted on hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends of busbar and suitable arrangement for fixing one/two nos. MCB complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Sintex ,/Hensel/Rittel.

S&F MCB, Single pole, 6 amps, 240 volts, ‘C’ curve, 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed (Make : Legrand/ Hager/ABB/Siemens).

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x10W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size up to two meter length from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one run of 1.5 Sqmm 3 Core (Nominal Area) PVC Sheathed multi stranded unarmed copper conductor cable LT 1100 volt grade Conforming to IS 7098 FRLS (inner sheet) from pole junction box to light fitting with suitable size copper cable lugs and connector complete all as specified and directed. Make : Plaza/MESCAB/Polycab/Havell's.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning KIOSK outdoor type LT feeder pillar box of minimum size 900mm(height) x 600mm (width) x 500mm (depth) suitable as per IS platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 500 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos copper bus bar for distribution system and type tested at CPRI fabricated .The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate duly compartmentalized for each control gear and bus-bar, double door front door (02 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel angle iron legs of minimum size angle iron 40x40x5 mm . The feeder pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947 and including complete internal wiring with 2.5 sqmm copper wire and copper strip/wire from busbar to MCB input and MCB to cable connector of suitable length including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of suitable size (30 cm below ground level & 30 cm above ground level) including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed alongwith comprising of the following accessories :- NOTE: Rate of earthwork and PCC are deemed to be inclusive in this item.embedded in PCC foundation of size as required in cement mortar 1:6 and plastering the same in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed comprising of the following fitment accessories : (LT Panel for Street light)
