M&L for Providing and injecting chemical chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate for Post Constructional Anti termite Treatment Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron complete all as specified and directed by Engg in charge.

Providing & injecting chemical emulsion at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 ltrs per hole by drilling holes at a down ward angles of 45 degree at 150mm center to center & sealing to same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strata surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairly rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. with necessary scaffolding/form work required for completion of work upto sixth storey height including all safety factor complete all as specified and directed.
