PROVN OF 50 M ROAD AT MAIN GATE AT PACHMARHI MIL STATION

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth,1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Rolling and consolidation of formation surface in cutting with power roller exc 8-12 tonne complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L Moorum filling in pavings of road, laid in layers n.exc. 15cm thick spread, leveled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub base (compacted thickness) granular sub base course (GSB) Grade-V in a singlelayer as specified in Table 400-1 of Morth Specification for road and bridge works 2013 with natural sand,crushed gravel,crushed stone,crushed slag.The materials are mechanicaly mixed, spread and levelled on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibrating roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in two layers each of 75 mm thickness as specified in Table 400-13 of Morth Specification for road and bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM Plant, material comprising of clean,crushed,graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass,spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibrating roller of capacity 80-100Kn static weight for achieving reqd density of 98% of max dry density, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMMIVVBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam using with paving bitumen of any penetration of consolidated thickness 50 mm with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, laid & rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for semi dense bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete with paving bitumen any penetration of consolidated thickness not less than 40mm with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

S & F in repair ( CAT EYES) solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions fixing of CAT EYE shall be done by drilling hole on road and shall be fixed with resin based adhesive and nails.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.
