SPECIAL REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT OF ROOF SLAB TO CERTAIN MD ACCN AT SECTOR 47 UNDER GE(AF) AF CHANDIGARH

Dismanting of bricks tiles/cement tiles or tarracing tiles single layer on roofs and including removing the waste materials out side of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of reinforced cement concrete in roof slab,beams etc (at height up to 10.0 mtr of bldg) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roofs any thickness including mud plastering (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removal off the existing premises complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening the surfaces of old concrete roof surfaces & sides by picking, brushing with wire brush, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.,brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm over cleaned roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on roof laid in required slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on concrete surface when concrete is green complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid seperately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for APP (atactic paint proplene) modified pre fabricated fine layer 3 mm thick and weighing not less then 3. 00 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane reinforced with non- wooven polyster mat black finished over compatible primer @0.4 ltr per Sqm of density at 25 degree centigrade 0.87-0.89 Kg per ltr and viscosity 70-160 LPS cold stiched and torch application of membrane with 70 cm over lap as required after necessary preparation of the surfaces complete all as per manufactures instructions, specified and as directed.

M&L 40 mm thick brick tiles laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, with grey cement and no pigments machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished laid over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 joints grouted flush in mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 8 & 9 here-in before but except tiles

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc (at height up to 10 mtr of bldg ) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with Fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plain exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar 1:6, using old size of bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (Except Bricks), straight or curved on plain exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete B-0 type (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, bed plates, benching and the like finished fair & even, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces of building including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc(at height up to 10.0 mtr of bldg ) & the like and removal of waste material out side of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to RCC Beam/Column- Brick Wall junction including all laps, cutting and waste and taking down old unserviceable wire mesh of any description complete all as Specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick surfaces or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.(at height up to 10.0 mtr of bldg ) complete all as Specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces of ceiling, soffit of roof slabs and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

'M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old external surfaces of Bldg such as wall/chajjas/ceiling/beam /balconies projection etc by wire brushes & washing rubbing down incuding preparation of old surface including brooming or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new platered/old plastered wall surfaces & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered /old plastered wall surface on external of bldg and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting of PVC tank of capacity 500 Ltrs & upto 1000 Ltrs for cleaning including setting aside temporarily and refixing later in same position for water supply to enable water proofing treatment of roof slab beneath the tank in following laid down process complete all as specified and directed :- a) Dewatering & removing all settled silt, scale & dust from inside of tanks using coconut brush manually and applying bleaching powder and allowed to rest for 1 hour. b) Cleaning & rinsing the tank using fresh water to wash out complete and allowed to dry for 30 mins. c) Writing letters of 7 cm height using synthetic enamel paint (white colour) to mention date of cleaning including rubbing out old letters written over the tank. d) Refixing the tank in same position or raised/lower height after cleaning or water proofing treatment (as may necessary) complete all as directed by engr-in-charge. Note : - Alternative arrangement for providing water supply to the Qtr shall be provided by the contractor by relocating the serviceable tank until the waterproofing treatment is completed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories)

M&L PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm dia fixed to wall or concrete surfacec in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of old treated surface with one coat of red oxide oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with close top), HDPE, tripple layered with ISI marked of 500 ltrs capacity with inlet & outlet connections, including 01 nos of Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of 20 mm bore (minimum weight 210 gms), hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed including dismantling existing water storage tanks (RCC/PVC) complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fin replacement ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of 20 mm bore (minimum weight 210 gms), fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, 20mm bore complete as in repairs all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, 15mm bore as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing/ Kitec HDPE pipe with connections or fittings from wall, ceiling, floor and shaft etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing/ Kitec HDPE pipe with connections or fittings from wall, ceiling, floor and shaft etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized steel water tubes, 15 mm bore medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing steel water tubing of 15 mm bore, with all fittings at new or old position (floors, walls, ceiling etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized steel water tubes, 20 mm bore medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing steel water tubing of 20 mm bore, with all fittings at new or old position (floors, walls, ceiling etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

Grubbing up tree trunk upto root girth exc. 5 cm & not exc. 30 cm including cutting of trunk portion protuding over wall surface/roof surface/terrace of building height up to 10.0 mtr. The rate also Include necessary scaffolding and necessary safety measure if required and making good the surface in cement mortar (1:3) and applying one coat of anti growth of vegetation chemical as per manufacturer's instruction and removal of unserviceable material out side MD land and cleaning site complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of bushes, grass including roots, earth, mud and debris over roof top of building material from roof top surface and cleaning the effected surface neatly and disposal of rubbish out of the premises/ MD land including cleaning of spouts/ rain water pipe ( at two/three storey building). Note: Surface area of roof slab for the affected area shall be measured

M&L for making the grooves to 'V' section in existing parapet walls / columns over RCC roofs, cleaning out and tacked the polymeric membrane in to the grooves and sealed solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clelan dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 by weight etc all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces of external wall, chajja and like, finished fair mixing with water proofing comound upto height of building 10.0 mtr complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of the Sch.
