M&L for demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors not exc 15 cm in thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed. Note : All the demolished material will be disposed off outside the MOD land and the same to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing all as specified and directed

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and with pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling 30mm thick under floors including watering, levelling and compaction complete all as specified & directed. Note : For payment purpose consoildated thickness will be considered and measured.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and with pigments all as specified & as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in cills, benching and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of brick work/ PCC block masonry work built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down cement plaster from walls, any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and as directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Pidilite/Sika/Dr. Fixit

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

S&F 300mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipes 300mm dia including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3, including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed

M&L for demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Precast RCC slab type B-1, 1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:4 in landings, cover slabs (for drain etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including use of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of drain by manual and removing of all dry/wet mud including vegetation from inside the drain and removing the same from outside of MOD Land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) laid in alternate panel as in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply only PVC dividing strips, 1.5mm thick and 38mm wide inserted in position confirm to design all as specified and directed
