SCHEDULE 'A' PART XII (SOLAR POWER PLANT)
Design, procure, erect, install, test and commissioning of Grid connected Solar Photovoltaic Plant capable to produce 400 kW effective output including connecting to local utility grid, with Solar Photovoltaic Modules, DC Cabling, Module Mounting Structures, Array Combining Boxes, Lightning Protection of SPV modules and other accessories, Central Inverter as Power Conditioning Unit (able to produce 400kW effective output), Weather Station, Remote Data Monitoring and Control System (SCADA) all as per latest SECI/ MNRE guidelines and directions consisting and comprising of all items as described and as listed in Sl Item No.1 of Schedule A Part - XII.
S&F Reverse protection relay circuit with necessary CTs and PTs for 11 kv 100/ 5 Amps control wiring and timers complete all as specifed and as directed.
Modification to the bus bar alongwith the bus bar adaptar panel includuing suitable coupling arrrangements etc. for existing 11 kv VCB Schneider make panel to connect with the proposed 11 kv VCB complete all as specified and as directed.
Supplying, fixing including testing, commissioning of Zero export device consist of programmable logic controller for control the inverter, local monitoring systems (HMI) necessary energy meter for load measurement, CT coil, SMPS 24Volts, 5Amps, display unit, etc., as per the site requirements, necessary control and power connection cables as required complete all as specified and as directed.
SCHEDULE 'A' PART XIII (MISCELLANEOUS)
EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY
M&L for Drilling trial bore hole of 300mm dia in any type of strata i.e. hard/ dense soil, soft disintegrated rock, hard rock boulders, hard rock, etc. by fast drilling DTH method (Down the hole)/ Rig type using power rig for housing of 165mm nominal bore of the casing pipe upto 30 metre depth all as specified and as directed.
All as per item No 16 here-in-before but beyond 30mtr depth and upto 70mtr depth in any type of soil/rock complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for developing and flushing the bore wells with high pressure air for a period of minimum 4 hours or till clear water flows out complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and lowering PVC casing pipes into bore holes, PVC plain pipe of outer dia 165mm and wall thickness not less than 5.7mm conforming to IS specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
All as per item No.19 here-in-before but PVC pipe of perforated type complete all as specifided and as directed.
S&F PVC cap screwed for PVC casing pipe 165mm outer dia and fixed at the top of casing pipe including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and providing of gravel packing of suitable grade in the annular space between casing pipe and true bore hole, fine aquifers, complete all as specified and as direted by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply, erect, install pump set of 5WHP capacity, into bore well alongwith pipes, submersible type suitable for 200/ 250mm bore dia bore well, multi stage, suitable for operation on AC, three phase, 415Volts, 50 Hz supply and capacity to pump water 3 to 5 litres per second at a total head of 80 to 100mtr head, complete with pressure gauge all as specified and as directed.
Supply and lowering UPVC Column pipe (Treaded Pipe) 50mm bore dia heavy grade alongwith the submersible type pump set including necessary cutting to required lengths and screwing, including necessary fittings and fixed, including complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F heavy duty galvanized steel socket (coupling) 100mm long suitable for coupling 50mm bore dia GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for Bail plug 1.5m long of mild steel made with socket and bottom plate 12mm thick and rod 20mm dia welded as hook, mild steel surface duly prepared and coated with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for Conducting of electro logging test for water bearing zone identification including all tools and equipment complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for Verticality test to test the verticality of the borewell as per IS-2800 (latest edition) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for Yield test of borewell (V-notch type) continuously for 08 hours in the presence of departmental representative nominated by Accepting Officer and submitting the test report including all equipment and consumables etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for getting of water samples of borewells tested (chemical and bacteriological analysis) by Govt recognised testing laboratories/ institutes including collection of samples from various bore wells in clean sterlised bottles, transportation and collection and submission of report in triplicate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
S&F cable submersible type into bore hole alongwith GI pipe and pump, PVC insulated, sheathed, stranded copper conductor cables of 1100Volts grade, water proof, with flexible copper conductor of size 3 core 4 sqmm all conforming to IS specification including necessary jointing kit and connecting up motor and starter terminals and testing complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F 50mm bore dia gun metal, non return valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply, erect, install pump set, monoblock type of 5WHP capacity into bore well alongwith pipes, suitable for operation on AC, three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz supply and capacity to pump water 3 to 5 litres per second at a total head of 80 to 100mtr head, complete with pressure gauge all as specified and as directed.
S&F Reverse Osmosis Plant of output capacity of 100 litres per hour including necessary civil works, raw/ clear water storage tank, softening, plumping PH correction and electrical works including the following :-
(a) CHLORINE DOSING SYSTEM with One electronic diaphragm type metering pump,One plastic chemical solution tank with lid of 50 ltrs capacity, One foot valve with strainer fitted on pump suction assembly and One tank level switch fitted on pump suction assembly.

(b) WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM with One FRP Pressure vessel fitted with plastic internal fittings, One set of plastic frontal piping, linking multi-port valve/ plastic ball valves to FRP vessel , One complete charge of suitable filter media with supporting under bed media and One Pressure gauge.
(c) ACTIVATED CARBON SYSTEM with One FRP Pressure vessel fitted with plastic internal fittings, One set of plastic frontal piping, linking multi-port valve/plastic ball valves to FRP vessel, One complete charge of suitable Activated Carbon media with supporting under bed media and One Pressure gauge.
(d) REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM with Average product flow - 100 LPH, Average recovery - 40%, Average TDS removal - 90 to 95% , Minimum pressure required at pump inlet - 1Kg , Drive motor capacity - 0.75 HP, 415 Volts, 1200mm width and one membranes with 4 inches dia.
EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY
S&F junction box, sheet moulding compound (SMC) type, front with hinged type door, weather proof, dust and vermin proof, locking arrangement off white colour of size 300x200x105mm (internal) capacity comprising 3 Nos 63Amps, single pole fuse cut outs and 1 No neutral link suitable for 50Sqmm cable complete junction box fixed on pole/ wall/ ground, etc., with suitable size clamps, bolts, nuts, etc., all as specified and as directed. Note : All incoming/outgoing cable shall be connected with suitable size of lugs.
Supply, erect, test and commissioning of CPRI approved LT electrical distribution pillar box, AC, 415Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, outdoor type, industrial factory fabricated with 3mm thick MS sheet top with sloping canopy, weather proof, dust and vermin proof overall size not less than 75cm(H) x 60cm(W) x 30cm(D) suitable for and including following switchgears/ accessories, front with hinged type doors and locking arrangements bottom with detachable sheets with holes for cable entry and exit, separate chamber for bus bars, complete finished with epoxy powder coated finish and mounted on pillars with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size 300x300x450mm with bolts grouted and comprising suitable rated bus bar complete all as specified and as directed. The feeder pillar box shall be provided with the following accessories :-
Supply, Installation, testing, and commissioning of 11KV Extensible Ring-Main-Unit, Outdoor type 3 Way with IP:54 floor mounted with internal copper busbar or higher Fabrication ensuring outdoor protection to complete RMU, SF6 gas insulated compact switchgear, comprising of load break switch - 02 Nos incoming and 01 No outgoing all of capacity 350 MVA of rating up to 630 Amps and cable termination from front/ bottom/ rear, having short-circuit withstand capacity of 21KA/ 3sec, permanently enclosed in a tank made by sealing non-magnetic/ non-ferritic stainless steel sheets, to provide IP:67 Degree of Protection to live parts and Internal Arc protection (IAC 20kA/ 1-sec for tank), duly filled with SF6 gas with leakage rate less than 0.1% and partial discharge tested as per IEC:62271-200, complete with all aceesories as described below and coupling busbars for bus-coupling where necessary, to meet the desired configuration; The earthing bus bar shoud be of Copper and provided in each cable box & through the lenght of switchgear;
RMU should complete with all accessories such as Terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200., 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Bushings bolted type top mounted outside the tank for connection of external busbar and all as specified in Item No.22 of Schedule 'A' Part XIII and as directed. (Make : SCHNEIDER/ ABB/ SIEMENS)
SEWAGE DISPOSAL
Construction of Septic Tank for 50 Users with RCC walls, base slab, baffle walls, top slab, etc., vertical shafts, sludge chambers including RCC cover, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC bed concrete complete all as specified and as shown on drgs.
Construction of Soakage Pit of size 2.1m dia and 1.8m depth with PCC block walls masonry with weep holes, RCC cover slab, brick bats filling around masonry including provision of manhole, necessary earth work, PCC foundation, etc., complete all as specified and as shown on drgs.
RCC UG SUMP
Construction of RCC underground Sump of capacity 10000 litres using M-30 Design mix, including all fittings and fixtures complete all as shown on drawings and as specified.
