Providing and laying of Barbed wire fencing with RCC posts 2.25M height @ 2.50M c/c in which 1.5m above ground level embedded in stone jelly concrete 40mm size in C.M. 1:4:8 of 45 x 45 x 60cm with sand filling of 15cm ht. and Barbed wires 5 rows horizontally and diagonally including earthwork etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Fabrication and Erection in position iof M.S scheme name and layout board with 50 X 50 x 6 mm M.S angle for vertical post and with 2.5mm tk M.S Sheet for a size at 1.20x 0.60 m with 35 x 35x5mm MS angle alround the board and 25X25X5mm flat stiffeners on one direction including cost of welding charges painting charges and drawing the layout and lettering the scheme details as directed by the departmental officers including earth work excavation for 4 nos of pits, PCC 1:5:10 for pits 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.45m below Ground level and p.c.c 1:2:4 at 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.20 m for erection etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9” x 4 1/2” x 3” with class designation of 12.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Precast Concrete Block masonry using Solid Concrete Blocks of size 400x200x100 mm of grade C (5.0) conforming to IS 2185 (Part 1) : 2005 with cement mortar 1:5 in accordance with IS 2572:2005 including mortar plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting New Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Three coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Labour charges for dismantling the brick work in cement mortar etc. all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. -Mixing by manual means
