Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, strutting or bailing out water upto any depth or any height quantum of water including de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as direction of Engineer-in-Charge and returning the stcked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:5:10 (One cement : Five coarse sand : Ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetres nominal size) as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Backfilling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8, granular material as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Chargeas per specifications, approved drawing, design, specification and as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (One cement : Four coarse sand : Eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetres nominal size) in open foundation complete as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 60mm (Sixty millimetre) thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M-30 (M-Thrity) grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm (Fifty millimetre) thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc; all complete as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (One Cement : Two coarse sand : Four graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size all complete as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : Three coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc; as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast Cement Concrete Kerb Stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge). as per Architectural drawing, design and specifications and the like floor etcetera including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
