Cleaning of blocked WC, floor trap, nahani trap, WHB any size removing sludge and waste material all the distance not exceeding 500 mtr and proper excavation of pit and cover by loose soil all as specified and directed.
Removing existing man hole cover and cleaning of blocked sewage line of 300 mm dia including man hole by roding or any other means and make sewage line functional and fixing man hole cover in position Completed all as specified and directed.

Pumping out water and sediments from the underground sump of capacity 1,00,000 Gallon and carrying out cleaning complete after scraping out fallen paint fungus, voids etc. by using mechanical scrappers, brushes and cleaning with fresh water and applying stable bleaching powder solution diluted in water, drying for two hours, washing out with clean water, cleaning the external area of the sump including the walk way arround by removing debries, bushes or weads,& applying two coats of white wash inside the sump and applying two coats of cement based paint outside as per the existing, marking the sump capacity, date of cleaning, due for cleaning etc. complete all as specified & as directed.
Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, dismantling of existing float valve & re fixing the same after cleaning the water tank, capacity of tank exc. 250 ltr but n.exc 500 ltrs. complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs vitreous china water closet (squatting pan) Orrisa pattern of size 580 x 440mm white with intergral footrests & 'P' trap (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap, to flushing pipe etc. complete including PCC for making good to floor etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
S & F in repairs low level flushing cistern of syphonic action type 10 ltr capacity PVC fixed to wall with bracket and screwed including PVC flush pipe complete fitting etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
S&F PVC connection 15mm bore dia.of pipe with PTMT nuts and PVC washers of length 600 mm all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
S&F in repairs low density polythelene pipes 40mm bore fixed complete to walls, ceiling or in floor all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
S&F in repairs Grating doom 100 mm dia with waste hole of PTMT (Minimum weight 50 gms) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Taking up or down GI tubing 15mm bore and connections from walls and ceiling or laid in floor including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
S&F GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to wall, ceiling or laid in floor with suitable clamps & nuts etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
S&F in repairs bib taps 15mm bore cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
S&F in repairs stop cocks 15mm bore, chromium plated, fancy type screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions with long shank and cup washers all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : Contractor shall provide the supervisor to attend the office of AGE B/R (A/F) Devlali daily and obtained daily complaints and feed back will be given to the AGE/JE. In case contractor fails to attend the office and attend the complaints, Engineer-in-Charge has full power to get the work done through other agency and same will be intimated th the Garrison Engineer in writing so as to reflected the same in the performance report.
