Up-gradation of existing 10 MGD STP on UASB technology to 15 MGD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) at Sector 83, S.A.S Nagar on SBR with advanced Biological Nutrient Removal Technology along with 5 MGD Ultra Filtration (UF) based Tertiary Treatment Plant (TTP) including one year defect liability period and all other required associated works as per scope, specifications and conditions mentioned in tender document on turnkey and lump sum basis.

Design, construction, supply installation, testing and commissioning (Civil, Mechnical, Eletrical and Instrumentation Works) of 1.0 MW Solar generation plant including one year defect liability period and all other required associated works as per scope, specifications and conditions mentioned in tender document on turnkey and lump sum basis.

Bidder has to assess and quote the amount for the equipments and materials which are dismantled & removed during dismantling of existing 10 MGD STP based on UASB technology followed by polshing pond ect. At pesent existing 10 MGD STP is running satisfactorily.

Amount

The total O&M period shall be 10 years. First 1 year after completion of all physical works and issue of completion certificate shall be considered the Defects Liability Period (DLP). No payment against O&M shall be made to the contractor during the DLP. During the DLP and O&M cost/ charges include all expenditures and expenses required to be incurred on labour, machinery deployed, repair and/or replacement of material, preventive and/or breakdown maintenance including cost of material/equipment/machinery, consumable items, chemicals, fuel, water and all other matters and things of what so ever nature essential and desirable to run the system uto to the satisfaction.
