Shifting of outdoor units of Split Ac units and down comer pipe due to removal of Paraphet Wall by Civil Wing at TE Bldg. Shastri Nagar, Meerut.

Dismantlling of out door units and mounting stand of existing 1.5 TR. Split AC units complete as required.

Reinstallation of outdoor units and mounting stand of existing 1.5 TR. Split AC units complete with connection of copper pipes, power cable i/c cutting , flaring, brazing and fixing of mounting stand with the help of suitable R.C.C blocks at bottom of stand complete as required.

Leak testing and pressure testing , vaccum of existing copper regrigerant piping after reinstallation complete as required.

Supply & Fixing of copper refrigerant pipe lines as suction and discharge length for split A/C unit of i/c foam insulation etc. complete as required.

Charging of refrigerant Gas R-22 in the existing split AC units i/c Supplying vaccmization and also pressure testing with nitrogen etc. complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Modification in existing M.S trays to make it suitable for new outdoor location i/c cutting, fixing, painting etc. complete as required. (As per instruction of Engineering-in-Charge)

Shifting of existing 150 mm pipe of connection between overhead tank and both down comers (Approx. length 30 mtrs.) of fire fighting system at terrace of T.E Bldg. Shastri Nagar i/c cutting of pipe, welding applying one coat of red oxide primer paint and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint and fixing at new position with suitable size and height of R.C.C / Brick block at suitable distance and plaster on the rough side for supporting of pipe etc. complete as required. (The work is of specialized & risky nature. Special experienced labour / machinery / safety major will be required for shifting of this pipe.)

Replacement of 150 mm (Nominal Size) bends in the existing horizontal pipe which is to be shifted complete with welding, jointing etc. as required.
