Inspection and Rectificatlon of ALSTOM make Sub-Station Automation System Installed at 132 KV S/S Itwa. The following works are including for healthy SCADA communication. (a) Replacing the defective armored optical fiber cable and spliting It if required anywhere In the Rlng. (b) Replacing the defective FO multimode LC-LC port Patch cards. (c) Checking & Rectifying the healthiness of LIU and Its communicating ports. (d) Checklng & Rectifying the healthiness of IEC 61850-7 Ethernet switch. (e) Replacing the defective CAT-5/LAN cables and checking its healthiness. (f) Rectifying communication healthiness of MOD bus RTU for Various MFM meters. (g) Rectificatlon/checking healthiness of GPS system and its time synchronizatlon with all relays. (h) Re-lnstallation of old back to SCADA. (i) Checking the healthiness of all protection relay's communication to SCADA. (j) Checking of all required events, alarms, numerical dates, status and signals to SCADA from various bays & feeders. (k) Checking the SLD of S/S to SCADA screen. (l) Checking the all required operation of equipments from SCADA. (m) Configuration of ethernet switches/modems/rtu etc. if required (n) installation of new Window and DS agile ALSTOM automation software in standby PC and reinstalling the old backup in HMI-2 making both HMI-I & HMI-2 in all respect at the time of rectification. Only LC-ST Port & ST-ST Port will be arranged by department without extra charges and other all required material will be provided by contractor at his own cost like SCADA license key, activation key, old SAS backup and software CD etc.
