Supply of LED Street Light fitting having system lumen output not less than 4950 Lumens with system efficacy of not less than 110 lumens per watt, Power Factor≥0.95 & THD<10%, CRI of Min. 70, CCT : 5700K - 6500K, made of high pressure die cast Aluminium/ standard alloy housing , toughened glass protector, operating voltage range 140 – 270V,50 Hz AC supply , surge protection>4KV with minimum IP-65 Protection complete with electronic driver and accessories etc suitable for outdoor applications. LM 79 report to be submitted for luminaire from NABL accredited lab and LM 80 for LED source issued by LED manufacture.

Supply and Fixing of street light pole Cable Juction Box with locking arrangement and suitabe for outdoor application(min IP 65) containing terminal plate and 4 way heavy duty connector for loop-in loop-out cable termination and suitable for upto 02 Nos 4C X 25sq.mm. cable provision for mounting single pole MCB inside cable junction box alongwith supply and fixing of pole mounting bracket/clamp, incoming & outgoing cable glands, fastnerners etc including neccessary interconnection of wires complete as required.(Make: Hensel or equivalent)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of cubicle type LT panel/ Outdoor feeder pillar, IP42 protection in case of indoor panel and IP-54 in case of outdoor feeder pillar, suitable for 415V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland, plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having 4P Aluminium alloy bus bars of high conductivity, SMC bus bar supports,with short circuit withstand capacity of 36 KA for 1 sec, bottom base channel of MS section suitable to withold the load of the panel, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Al. bus bars and control wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor S/C cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates , i/c providing following switch gears :- All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required

Dismantling of existing Street light Fitting from the Street Light Pole of upto 7 Mtrs Height and shifting it to AAI Stores complete as required

Dismantling of existing LT panel available at Operational area of Ranchi Airport including disconnection & dismantling of control and power cabling, earthing etc, disassembling the Panel from the PCC/metal structure alongwith shifting and transporting of LT Panel to AAI Stores etc and handing over the same to AAI, complete as arequired and as per the instructions of the Engineer-In-Charge.

ITC of existing pole upto 9 m high with all accessories and supply & making foundation of reinforced cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including excavation and refilling, including positioning of template & foundations bolts complete as required and as per technical specification and as per direction of EIC.

Providing & fixing pole arm made of 32/40 mm dia. GI pipe a suitable for existing pole i/c clamping etc. as reuired as per direction of EIC.
