Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patches in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead including all carriages and cost of material involved.(1:4) Mix (1 cement : 4 course sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (as directed by the EIC at site).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer. Including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade two or more coats.

Providing and fixing Ceramic digital glazed wall / Floor tiles wherever required of size 1'-6"x1'0" or above in walls and 1'0"x1'0" antiskid or above in floors or as directed by EIC of approved make like NITCO, KAJARIA or equivalent etc. over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 and jointing with grey cement slurry including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages of all materials involved.

Providing & Fixing of PVC wall panelling including cost of nails and screws and all carriages and cost of material involved complete.(Standard make and approved by the EIC at site).

Providing and fixing of black Granite over the kithen counter complete Job including costs and carriages of all materials involved and also cost of making moulding or as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying in position vitrified floor tiles (2'0" x 2'0") premium quality in floors of approved make like NITCO, KAJARIA or equivalent etc. over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 and jointing with grey cement slurry including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages of all materials involved.

Making cupboard using waterproof ply 19mm thick all sides and for shelves, 1 mm thick mica all fixtures and fittings complete in all respects including glazing, enameled paint etc and costs and carriages of all materials involved.

Providing and fixing in position powder coated (Brown) aluminium doors and window shutters, including cost of aluminium frame, accessories, fixtures, glazing, wire gauge, ACP Sheet etc all complete including costs and carriages of all materials involved.

Providing and fixing Sanitary fittings/ fixtures of approved brand like Jaguar, Parko, Cera or equivalent. (as directed by EIC)
