Material and Labour in repair, for stone kerb roughly squared Sand Stone as per existing of size 60 cm long x 45 cm height x 10 cm width, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6 mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20 mm for the rest of the surfaces, jointed in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete including dismantling all as specified and as directed by Dy Project Dir.

Material and Labour for taking out and refixing of stone kerb after cleaning of cement and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 & pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete including dismantling all as specified and as directed by Dy Project Dir.

Taking out of 20 mm polished granite stone of bollard and refixing with araldite, area not excedding 0.1 Sqm each granite complete all as specified and as directed by Dy Project Dir.

Dismantling stone slab, tile of any description/thickness (various) in any position laid wet/dry as in floor / wall/coping bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Dy Project Dir.

Taking out and refixing of 25 mm to 40 mm sand stone and 20 mm /30 mm granite stone and 40 mm sand stone in dry or wet as in wall / coping/ floor / facia / skirting etc including removing of cement, all cutting (as per existing shape ,size and design ) , wastage and drilling hole in stone as per site requirement, in same/other position, fixed with new SS-304 grade clamp,10 mm dia SS fastner and SS pin,01 No in each tile complete all as specified and as directed by Dy Project Dir.

Removing cement mortar from dismantled sand stone tile / granite stone tile of any size ( 20mm and 40 mm thick )including cleaning and making it so clean as for re-use in work and finally refixing in same posn/other posn.Pointing with laticrete steller grout with pigment to match the wrks. Note : - Screed bed shall be measured and paid for separately

Material and Labour in repair, 40 mm thick rough sand stone as per existing colour of dry cladding of any size machine cut edges, fixed on wall including cost of drilling hole in concrete and sand stone complete all as specified and as directed by Dy Project Dir. Note:- (i) The work shall be executed upto height of 6 mtr.

Material and Labour in repairs, for dressed sand stone slab of 40 mm thick (colour as required), bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 including all cuttings and wastes, in flooring, coping, cladding etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Dy Project Dir. Note : - Screed bed shall be measured and paid for separately

Material and Labour in repairs, 20 mm thick flamed granite tiles (of any type), machine cut (Straight/radial), bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:3) with grey cement and pointed with to laticrete steller grout to match the shade of granite stone in flooring, coping, dado, steps or wherever required, complete and also including all cutting and waste; size of slab / tile and pattern of laying as per existing complete all as specified and as directed by Dy Project Dir. Note : - Screed bed shall be measured and paid for separately

All as per above item No 09 but 40 mm thick
