Removing existing worn out u/s top and S&F for the new one made cut of particle board 18 mm thick one side laminate of size 900 mm x 600 mm with teak wood beading 4mm thick all around in its original position with required screws.

Preparation of all exposed wooden surface and removing the existing polish mark by scraping to make the surface clean and smooth with required grade of sand paper and finish with two coat of french polish to bring the surface to a required glossy shine after fixing new hard rubber shoe as directed by engineer-in charge.

CHAIR VERANDAH (Drg No FD-256)

Taking old worn out/damaged existing cane from chair verandah and making the frame by means of welding wherever required to bring its in original shape, cleaning of caning holes without damaging the furniture & recanning of the same with white coloured new cane of 2mm width plastic half oval shape cane best quality beading with 4mm width plastic half oval shape cane (Godrej pattern) as shown in drawing.

Removing the unservicable broken rubber shoes of chair verandah and S&F for rubber shoe of best quality as approved by GE and as specified and shown in drawing.

CHARPOY GI PLY TOP (Drg No FD-220)

S&F for GI Charpoy Long Rail of GI Pipe 32mm bore (dia) Medium Grade duly threaded both ends upto the required Length and fitted to frame of charpoy including taking out unserviceable long rail from 3-way elbow by unscrewing, complete all as specified/as shown on Drawing/as directed.

S&F for GI charpoy leg made out from LONG RAIL & SHORT RAIL (Retrieved from item No 15.01 & 15.02 here-in-before), duly threaded one End including 2 No Mild Steel Flat Iron 20x3mmClamps and providing Mild Steel Flat iron or Washer to Bottom of Mild Steel Clamps, Welded to Leg and treated with one coat of black paint over a Coat of Red Oxide Zine Chrome Primer including taking out unserviceable LEG by unscrewing from 3 way Elbow, completed all as specified/as shown on Drawing/as directed.

S&F for GI elbow 3-way, ISI Marked suitable for GI Pipe 32mm Bore (dia) of GI charpoy including taking out unserviceable GI elbow from the Frame, complete all as specified/as shown on Drawing/as directed.
