Construction of Paver Tile Approach Road to E.W.S. Housing Project at Gadakana from Playfield side , Bhubaneswar

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 metres. (Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m)

Supplying and filling the Foundation & Plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing Granular sub-base Grading-VI material as per table 400-1 ,spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(5th. Revision) .

Providing laying and compacting graded stone agregate to Wet Mix Macadum specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant,carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base and base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive desired density etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc over 50mm thick sand. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP - 63:2018.

Providing & laying P.C.C. of prop.(1:4:8) in F & P, fountain, pathway toe wall, fountain base, base of column using 40mm nominal size down graded, screend, washed hard black cursher broken granite metal of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. complete to the requaired levels including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size hard broken granite chips.complete to the requaired levels including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of Pre cast kerb stone of size 300mm x 300mm x 150mm of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction fixed in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IS 5758:1984. (SOR-2022 P-233)

Painting Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over iron surface over a coat of primer of approved quality, sand papering, polishing the surface including cost, conveyance of all materials cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (Paints and primer will be supplied by the contractor).

Providing and laying of 150 mm Hume pipe below paver block for cross drainage including cost, conveyance of all materials cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
