All Forms Should be intergrated through the process of steel mesh fabrication. Whole job is inclusive on all material,lead and lift, labour,scaffolding,fixing the mural at demarcated place, etc. complete and nothing will be paid extra for execution of the item.The Work should be excuted as per the Theme and design as approved & directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Front surface area will be measured for payment.

MODIFICATION OF MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR- Removing ,modification and refixing of main entrance door by fixing of laminate/veneer on existing door and making of design as per client through CNC machine and finishing the same with teak wood moulding/beeding for making the sides and edges smooth. Polishing of all the exposed surfaces with a coat of malamine polish of approved colour matching to door. Additional 8mm thick ply/mdf would be pasted on both sides to increase the strength and thickness of the door.

DOOR HANDLE- Providing and fixing of door handle made out of SS/teakwood 10" long, heavy duty fixed with fastners and complete finished and polished. Note:- The Bidder Shall quote his own rates for item rates 1 to 22
