Day to day maintenance of eco aprk (Appx fenced area of park is 3.75 Acre) as per instructions of engineer incharge (Any other maintenance works to be taken up as per instruction of E/I) Scope of Work : 1. Cleaning ,brooming and washing of path way, toilets, building including items etc 2. Cleaning ,trimming, cutting of lawn including watering and sprading manure 3. Trimming, giving shape, planting, applying manure, watering to all plants (to be supplied by dept.) 4. Regular cleaning of water bodies as per instructions of engg. incharge. 5. Operation and maintenance of all electrical switches for lights, music pumps etc. 6. Operation and maintenance including repairing if required to all motor pumps related to eco-park. 7. Watch and ward and oiling / greesing of play equipments, science park equipments, gym equipments, laxman jhula, watch tower ball pull etc to avoid any kind of theft / accident. 8. Operating of toy train, 2-3 hours as per instruction of E/I 9. All tools and plants required for maintenance work like PVC flexible pipe for watering the plants, ghamelas, phawdas, manure, acids phynol, Oil grease etc to be arranged by the contrator. (Excluding Rest Days)
Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm)
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work
12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
