Railway reserves the right to procure full/bulk quantity from PAC [Proprietary Article Certificate] holder i.e. M/s M/s Knorr Breamse India Pvt Ltd, Palwal. However, other firms with proper M&P, Manufacturing Capacity and Credentials of supplying same/equivalent item(s) can be considered for placement of Developmental order. Such firms have to upload complete drawing of Item, Company Profile, Man power Details, M&P details, documents in support of supply credential like IC/R- Note etc.

In case of authorized dealers, firm has to upload tender specific authorization along with their offer from OEM ; otherwise, their offer will summarily be rejected

The bidder confirm that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance. Such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored .( Denial of this condition not recommended).

The Bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the Bid Document and [or] Special and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

Please note that Traders/ dealers are not exempted for submitting EMD even if dealer and / or OEM are MSEs. Dealers of approved vendor/PAC holder are also not exempted from submitting EMD

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
