Part 'I' Sawaigarh to Sapola (A) Road Work Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bush, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material upto 1000 m from road boundry as per MoRTH Specification : 201 by mechanical means in area of light jungle

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 with lead 50 mtr to 500 mtr

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting specified graded sand, gravel as per Table 400-1,400-2 or any other coarse material as per design mix, as per CBR in sub base course including premixing the material at OMC in mechanical mixer(Pug mill), carriage of mixed material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader, F.E loader on a prepared base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density (as per I.S.2720) including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion complete.[MoRTH specification : Clause 401] by mechanical means with all lead.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed graded stone aggregate of as per table 400-10 and 400-11 to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechnical mixer as per approved design mix, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with motor grader/F.E. Loader/paver finisher in sub base / base course on a well prepared under base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintance of diversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406) by mechanical means with all lead

Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface or granular base with bitumen emulsion as per IS: 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 8.5 kg /10 sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures including cleaning of road surface as per MoRTH specification CIause- 502,112

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion on the prepared surface including cleaning as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 2.75 kg /10sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification CI.503,112

Providing and laying bituminous macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregate as per table 500 - 4, for base/binder course including loading of aggregates with F.E. loader and heating and mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen (including cost of antistripping compound wherever required) in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material in tipper to paver and laying mixed material with sensor paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling by power roller & vibratory compactor to achieve the desired density (as per job mix formula approved by the department )excluding cost of primer /tack coat [MoRTH Specification : Clause 504,112] with 3.30% bitumen with all lead..For grading-2 (layer thickness 50-75mm).using bitumen grade (VG-30)

20mm thick open-graded premix carpet using bituminous (Viscosity grade/ Modified Bitumen) binder using plastic waste Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penitration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as waering course on a previously prepared base, including mixing of aggregate and plastic waste cutting in a hot mix plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per MoRD specification Clause 508.
