Providing & fixing virtified tiles of size 600x600mm of approved make in skirting/ dado laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. (HSR14.90)

Providing & fixing creamic/anti skid tiles of size 400x400mm or above size of approved make in flooring, laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles. (HSR14.91)

Wire guage commercial hard wood such as hollock, champ, chikrassy and chaplash etc. (non-coniferous timber other than teak conforming to I.S. specificaiton No. 1003 kiln seasoned) door & window shutters without springs housed in chowkats i/c chocks, iron hinges and screws etc. complete fix in position (excluding the cost of tower bolts and handles but including the labour for fixing the same) 30 mm thick.
