Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep for laying of pipe and getting out in soft/loose soil incl cutting of roads where reqd, laying of cable, foundation of poles, stays assembley etc complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L brick cover of burnt clay fly ash bldg brick old size brick 'B' class with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry & flat abutted with each other with gap between adjecent bricks bricks not exc 10 mm over UG cable for protection etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L sand cushioning to PVC UG cable with screened and washed sand punning to provide a required cover etc complete all as specified & directed.

Trial bore holes 150mm dia in any type of strata of bore well if the same is found fit otherwise to fill up the same hole as directed including submitting the strata details both graphically recorded as well as strata results. Note :- The rates quoted shall deemed to include to get survey done for availability/facibility of water as recommended by CGWD before execution of work.

Widening of trial bore by drilling with rotary system upto 450mm dia bore at any depth including all works pertaining to boring etc complete in all respects and all as specified, in alluvium soil / soft strata.

All as per item No 7.00 above but of 200mm dia in hard rock and drilling with DTH system till meeting water strata all as directed.

Supply, assembling, including jointing lowering and fixing in position ERW MS slotted pipe 200mm bore of 5.4mm thickness ( minimum ) having slots of 1.59 mm wide, 75 mm long assembled and lowered as per location chart approved by the GE including cutting welding as required and painting etc complete all as specified. Note for item Nos 10.00 &11.00 :- Rate quoted by Contractor shall deemed to include for S&F well capacity 200mm bore on top of pipe with locking arrengement till the borewell become functional complete.

Supply and packing with Pea gravel of 8mm to 4.6mm size of approved quality as ordered to packed around the casing/slotted pipe in bore well etc complete all as specified and directed.

Development of tube well by compressed air with compressor of minimum capacity of 150 PSI and 450 CFM all as specified. Note:- (i) Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping to determine safe pumping yield to be carried out by contractor at site and necessary report to be submitted. (ii) Testing of water for potability, dissolved solids, physical/chemical and bacteriological testing etc from the govt lab shall be carried out by the contractor all as directed and test report shall be submitted. (iii) The rates quoted shall deemed to include the above provisions.

S&F housing clamp 90 cm long 20 cm wide out of 6 mm thick MS plate for 200mm dia casing pipe with necessary MS Bolts, nuts & washers at ground level in PCC (1:2:4 ) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in block etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L strata sample box of second class hard wood (Hollock / Bijasal ) of size 40cm x 30cm x 20cm etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L 50mm bore GI medium grade column pipe in 6 m length with flanged joints duly scewed and welded with pipe suspended in deep well complete with slote for lead, GI flanges, rubber gaskat clamps, bolts, nuts, etc compete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing/connecting and testing for 80 mm bore steel tubing galvanised medium grade pipe with all fittings, laid in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F non return valve cast iron body flanged ends & drilled horizontal heavy duty including jointing material etc complete ISI marked of size 80 mm bore for submersible pump etc complete all as specified as directed.

S&F sluice valve, cast copper alloy, PN 1.6, of size 80mm dia complete including connecting etc complete all as specified as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissining submersible pump set electric driven 3 phase, 415 volt, 50 c/s having discharge upto 14000 Lit / hrs at 200m head 18 stage not less than 20 HP etc complete all as specified as directed. Make- KSB/Kirlosker/CG.

S&F 1100 Volts grade submersible cable flat 3 core with copper conductor 10 sqmm stranded fixed to column pipes with suitable clamps jointing material etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying in trenches or passing through pipe/fixed to pole/wall PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty electrical cable with multistranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 25 Sqmm 3.5 core etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI pipe (light grade) for protection of LT Cable fixed to wall/poles /road crossing including clamps complete of size 40/50mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Cable path indicators shall be provided at distance of every 30 meters and at cable joints and turning of all cables and incorporated LT 1100 Volts on it. including PCC & earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for pole mounted junction box made out of one piece moulded SMC IP-65 protection having aluminium bus bars 100 Amp single phase and neutral with one No MCB SPN 6 Amp for street light, cable entry from bottom, maintenance free size 300x200x100 mm fixing on pole with MS flat 25x3mm clamp including nut bolts front openable all as specified and directed. Make : Sintex/Finolex/Universal.

S&F street light bracket made to shape at required angle made out of 40mm dia (light grade) GI tubing of length not less than 1.5m long fixing on wall/pole suitable for holding street light fittings including mild steel flat iron 50 x 6 mm clamp 02 Nos with nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L load line distribution board TPN 4 way vertical type with and including provission for adjustable thermal magnetic (63-100) Amps TP MCCB as incommer and MCB's - SP/DP/TP as out going, suitable for for IP-20 complete of Make : Havells/HPL/C&S.

Fixing only retrived machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15650-2008 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment except tiles, including taking down and 25cm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Sand cushion will be measured and paid separately).
