Cleaning of treated water underground water storage sump of capacity 50,000 Gln by specialized water tank clean "TANK CLEAN" process as under :- Note 1:- All Workers will wear mask and carry all necessary T&P for protection and smooth working before start cleaning process.The contractor will take prior permission from Engineer in charge in written before starting work and will brief all aspect i.e. Date and time of cleaning start and completion so that suitable arrangement may be made to supply water during cleaning process. Contractor will depute manpower in such manner that water supply time do not hamper. (a) Mechanized dewatering and scrubbing the surface of floor wall till removal of dirt,sendiments,fungus and the stains and cleaning sludge removal and shifting as directed. (b) High pressure cleaning. (c) Soak the dirt and sendiments by Vacuum cleaning. (d) Anti bacterial spray on all dimensions inside tank (e) M&L for marking date of cleaning on tank by using synthetic enemal paint, font design and letter size will be as directed by engineer in charge. Note- sludge/dirt and other sand debris etc will be thrown out to place as directed by engineer in charge.

Removing silt ( mud) from sewage pump well (size depth 6 meter, dia 6 meter) and cleaning the bottom portion and sides of pump well by using man power at equal intervel of 4 months from date of commencement of contract, Proper cleaning of sewage tank by following method complete all as mentioned below:- (a) All workers should be experienced for sewage tank cleaning and necessary safety equipments including mask and other T&P for workers should be arranged by contractor before start cleaning process. (b) The contractor will take prior permission from engineer in charge in written before starting work and will brief all aspect i.e. Date and time of cleaning start and completion so that suitable arrangement may be made. contractor will supply T&P and manpower in such manner that cleaning should be done without hamper sewage system. Note - Sludge/ Silt and other sand debris etc will be disposed off by contractor outside defence land by using sewage cleaning machine all as specified and directed.

Proper cleaning of RCC stilling chamber, RCC fine bar screen I&II, RCC Grit chamber I&II, RCC Oil and grease chamber, Equalization tank, MBBR tank I&II, Flocculator, Tube settler, CCT, RCC Filter feed tank, RCC slurry/ sludge sump by experienced workers with safety equipments and T&P items required for cleaning of all above said parts of sewage treatment plant of capacity 600 cum per day at equal intervel of 01Month from date of commencement of contract complete all as mentioned below:- (a) By mechanised dewatering and scrubbing the surface of floor, wall till removal of dirt, sediments and cleaning sludge removal and shifting as directed. S&F in repairs Gun-metal, globe or gate valves of size 20 mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed

M&L for rectification of leakage from 50mm HDPE bore pipe line by cutting & removing 2 meter pipe length of pipe, with supply & fix 2 meter new HDPE pipe connecting with old line by providing necessary fittings such as suitable sockets & do HDPE welding for old & new pipe for connecting complete including necessary exacavation & earth work as required for making it serviceable complete all as specfied and directed .

All as per item No 7 above but for size 25 mm. Notes:- For item no. 7 to 8 (i) The job shall be completed in 8 hours (max).

M&L HDPE pipe corrosion resistant, durable and high impact resistant PE-80 as per IS-4984 with 10 Kg/Sqcm and including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/trenches, making good the disturbed surface as earlier of the following sizes including taking out old U/S HDPE pipe :- (a) 50 mm dia

(b) 80 mm dia

S&F 1.25 meter long of GI 20mm dia size medium grade pipe as tapping point pipe by providing 20mm dia bore gate valve with excavation of earth & refilling complete for trenches of size 2.0 x 1.0 x 1.0 meter for HDPE pipe line 40mm dia by proper punching for water tapping on HDPE line & connected with suitable saddle/clamp of size 25 x 3 mm with nut bolts & accessories complete & in PCC (1:3:6), type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate for stand post of size 200 x 200 x 300mm testing & commissioning on water pressure complete as directed by EIC.

Dismentling of centrifugal/ monoblock pump set after disconnecting from power mains & pipe line of capacity 5 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts 50 Hz, AC of make ' Kirloskar" from foundation and dismantling for overhauling repair including replacement of unservicable part oiling , greasing, reinstalling and connecting with suction / discharge line with correct alignment by replacing gland studs and making complete electric connection including testing complete after carring out repairs of any under respective items complete all as specified and directed. (Note- spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separetaly as supply only and cost of taking out old & fixing new if any ordered shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item)

Transportation of motor to contractor's work shop and back to site after repair, cutting of burnt winding & rewinding the stator with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and class of insulation including insulation paper, sleeves, thimbles ete as per relevent IS standard/ manufacturers recommendation as directed by EIC.

M&L for Dismantling the non clogging sewage pump ( 5/7.5 HP,25 Cum/Hr &10 Mtr head) from foundation including electric and mechanical connection and taking out from 10 mtr deep sewage well with chain pulley block and instalation, reconnecting the electric and mechanical connection at existing location after carrying out following repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer - in- Charge. Make :Crompton Greaves Ltd, KSB (Note- spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separetaly under respective items as supply only and cost of taking out old & fixing new if any ordered shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item) (a) Replacement Oil seal. (b) Replacement of Oil. (c) Replacement of hanging chain of suitable size.

Transportation of motor to contractor's work shop and back to site after repair, cutting of burnt winding & rewinding the stator with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and class of insulation including insulation paper, sleeves, thimbles etc as per relevent IS standard/ manufacturers recommendation as directed by EIC.

Supply only ball bearing NDE and DE as per existing numbers.

(Note- spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separetaly as supply only and cost of taking out old & fixing new items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item)

Taking out & rewinding the existing unserviceable burnt motor 20 HP, 3phase, 50 cycles by disconnecting electrically and mechanically and transporting to the locally contractors workshop. Dismantling the motor and removing the old burnt copper winding & demoisturise, cleaning, rewinding the coils with same gauge supper enamelled copper wire, with suitable F class paper insulation, varnishing, and reassembling by replacing bearings,Remetalling of armature shaft and turning on lathe to give proper size for bearing fittings,Replacement of terminal plate and reinstalling at the installation and testing, commissioning etc complete. Note - Before rewinding the existing motor, contractor must show the burnt motor/winding to the EIC. Old unserviceable copper retrieved will be property of contractor

All as per item No. 25 above but of 1.5 HP motor complete.

M&L for taking out & servicing of existing un serviceable Air blower (Make -Everest, Model- M5125) of capacity 488 CUM/Hr from authorised service centre of Everest company with taking out of electric cable complete and reconnecting the electric and mechanical connection at existing location after carrying out following repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer - in- Charge.(Note- spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separetaly as supply only and cost of taking out old & fixing new if any ordered for item No 29 to 32 shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item) (a) Replacement of Oil seal. (b) Replacement of locking arrangement of pully. (c) Replacement of belt. (d) Replacement of gland packing with oil and greasing.

M&L for cutting of bituminous road or any type of floor for laying of pipe/ cables not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep including refilling with material and watering well ramming/ compacting and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 100 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Enge in charge.

M & L for testing of treated water from Regional govt approved test Lab or NABL accredited Lab approved by Garrison Engineer.The undermentioned test should be carried out by each treated water sample and their characteristics will be as under:- (i) Biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) < 10 mg/litre (ii) chemical oxygen demand (COD) < 150 mg/litre (iii) Total suspended solids (TSS) < 10 mg/litre (iv) Dissolved oxygen (DO) > 5 mg/litre (v) PH should be 6.5 to 8.5 (vi) Residual chlorine > 0.5 mg/litre or more (vii) Outlet coliform < 100 counts/100ml Note :- (i) The frequency of all test should be once in a month at equal interval from Govt approved/NABL accredited Lab. (ii) PH and residual chlorine shall be tested on daily basis in the presence of JE E/M /AGE E/M. PH meter and chlorine testing kit shall be provided by the contractor and cost of which shall be deemed to be included in above quoted rates.

M&L for rectification of leakage from GI 20 mm size bore pipe line by cutting and removing 3.00 meter lengh of pipe, supply & fix 3.00 meter lengths new galvanised iron pipe 20 mm bore medium grade connecting with old line by providing necessary ifitting such as socket & union including screwing old & new pipe including all necessary earth work for connecting complete.

Supply only poly electrolyte (floculants) UCTECH-01 using for the de-established colloidal particals togather to form large aggregates of sewage water dosing for two times a day and using at the time of peak water flow in a filter press complete all as specified and direted.Make- Urveeka chemteck Pvt Ltd or equivelent make approved by AGE(I).

Supply only UCTECH-03 (Deodorizer) using for stop biological fouling in working zone and make odorless water to provide healthy environment, dozing one time per day and using at the time of peak water flow in a collection tank complete all as specified and directed.Make- Urveeka chemteck Pvt Ltd or equivelent make approved by AGE(I).

Supply only Sodium hypo chlorite liquid chemical (Disinfectant) UCTECH -04 a clear, slightly yellowish solution with a charactristic odor for surface purification, bleaching, odor removal and water disinfection treatment dozing two time a day in treated water holding tank complete all as specified and directed.Make- Urveeka chemteck Pvt Ltd or equivelent make approved by AGE(I).
