Annual Operation and Maintenance of GLF System, Perimeter Road Lighting, High Mast Lighting in Operational Area at SGRDJ International Airport Amritsar (for 2022-24)

Periodical Maintenance and Operation of Ground Lighting Facilities, Perimeter Road Lighting, Hight Mast Lighting in operational Area, involving operation, repair, maintenance, attending to complaints/fault/break downs and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the system, Preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as specified, on all days i/c Sundays and Holidays and providing 01 No.Computer Operator in general shift throughout contract period.

Providing technical manpower for photometry testing of airfield ground lighting fittings with the help of existing Mobile Photometric Measuring Instrument, Photometry lab and associated equipments, submission of reports as and when required by engaging one highly skilled manpower one shift per day basis as per special conditions of tender, recommendation of OEM etc complete as required upto satisfaction of Engg. In Charge.

Digging the Cable trench for finding the fault in cable and re-laying after repairing of upto 2 nos. XLPE / PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable of grade upto 5 KV, direct in ground including putting existing old sand & old bricks, refilling the trench etc as required.

Cleaning, rubbing the old paint and Painting of elevated Runway edge light/ Approach light and Taxiway edge light fitting with double coat with weather proof enamel paint of approved colour complete in all respect as required.

Identification and numbering of Airfield Lighting Fittings with all weather proof enamal paint of approved colour after scrapping the old marking complete in all respect as required.

Supply and making of heat shrink joint of 5 KV grade Airfield Lighting Cable of following size:

1 X 6 sq.mm size copper conducter cable.

2 X 25 sq.mm size aluminium conducter cable.

Supply of SS Nut, Bolt, & washers,of size 1.25 inch in length suitable for existing M10 tapped holes in housing boxes, as per site requirement.

Supply, filling and compaction of cold bitumen in around on runway/taxiway at discrete locations including cleaning the area by blower or other suitable means as required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling the existing Kerf having 1 to 4 nos of secondary cables (of average size up to 40mm deep and 40mm wide) in PQC area with Polysulphide joint sealing compound, supplying & inserting the baker rod of appropriate dia, applying of primer, Masking tape etc. and tooled to give a neat finish to the applied sealant, Raking out joint including removal of old sealing compound, baker rod, cleaning the dust by blower or other suitable means etc & disposal of scrap material as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of ABRO PUF - 750 multipurpose expandable PU Foam insulation sealant spray bottle (750 ml), standard complete as required.

Making of threads (up to 06 nos) in the existing shallow base of existing GLF fittings in operational area as per site requirement.

DSR Items (%rate above or below)

Complete item of CPWD schedule of rates electrical 2018 (DSR). (For 10% below agency will quote 0.9 in place of 1 (rate column) & for 10% above agency will quote 1.1 in place of 1 (rate column)) (Including Labour Cess & Operational Area Charges but excluding GST).

Note: 1. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of any taxes, duties, Cess, fee, royalty charges etc. levied under any statute but exclusive of GST, PF, ESIC & Bonus. Goods & Services Tax (GST) shall be paid to the contractor for any taxable supply/ services/works against a valid tax invoice as per terms and conditions of the contract. 2. Being execution of work in operational area of airport, nos. of working hours might be restricted, accordingly contractor has to quote considering all these factors as per SCC. On this account, any claim for extra payment shall not be entertained.
