Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed

Refilling in foundation and basement with excavated earth in layer of not more then 15cm thick

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling M-sand including water consolidating etc.,

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using second Class country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Rate for 10m3

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.(MS

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs

Special Ceiling Plastering and Finishing all the RCC exposed surface such as RCC Exposed surface such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc., with CM 1:3 10mm thick and including hacking the surface and providing neccessary cement mortor nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the deparmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm Uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no Crushed stone M.Sand to be used ) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12:5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a Single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, Keeping the surface constanlty wet by sprinking lime jaggery water etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers

Finishing the top with one course of Machine pressed tiles of size 230mm X 230mmX 20mm of Approved quality set in CM 1:3 12mm Thick Mixed with water proofing compound conforming ton ISS at 2% by Weight of Cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortor mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental Officers

Flooring with Following Ceramic tiles of size 305X305X6 mm Laid over 20mm Tick cement mortor 1:3 Base mortor over the existing slab / Floor Including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3Kg / Sqm etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The Make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Excutive Engiineer before use on works)

Fabrication and suply of Mild steel dooor of any required size with double leaf, outer frame of 35X35X5mm eual MSL angle and shutter frame made of 25X25X5mm Equal msl angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 2 nos. Horizontal and 3 nos diagonal for each shutter using MS flat of size 20X5mm fully covered with 18 gauge plain MS full sheet welded with shutter frame neatly and also fixin by welding 6 nos. of hold fasts, 2nos. wind appliance, 3 nos. towere bolts, 1 no. aldrop, 2 nos. handles, fixing shutter with 6 nos. of hinges with otter frame of the door including painting the whole unit with one best quality of red oxidre primer (Door D)
