Dismantalling brick masonry for parapet wall coping in lime or cement mortar carefully without disturbing and damaging to the sheets & disposing the material outside the complex as directed with all leads lifts, complete, Specification no.As directed By Engineer in charge.

Removing existing butt joint and preparing 0.15 x 0.15 Mtr. groove to wall & filling it with brickwork in C.M. 1:6 and providing 20 mm smooth finish plaster on brickwork in C.M. 1:3 with waterproofing compound at 2.00 Kg. per bag of cement for preparing the butt joint 1/2 X 0.15 x 0.15 Mtr. size & finishing at top surface including curing using curing compound of good quality, etc. complete. [As directed by Engineer in charge].

Removing the existing old and damaged G.I. or A.C. Sheets including wind ties from the roof covering & stacking the same as directed in the complex including scaffolding etc. complete. [As directed by Engineer in charge].

Providing & fixing of Factory Roll formed KLIP-LOK® 700 color coated zincalume AZ 150 concealed system profile sheet of nominal 700 mm effective cover width and nominal 43 mm crest depth at nominal pitch 233 mm centre-to-centre distance along with stiffeners perpendicular to ribs for strength. The feed material shall be of 0.50 mm Total Coated Thickness (0.45 mm BMT) COLORBOND® XRW steel- High tensile with min 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot-dipped coated with Al-Zn alloy (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% Si ) as per AS1397 / IS15961 - ZINCALUME® AZ150 (min. 150 g/m2 total on both sides) with Super Durable Polyester COLORBOND® steel XRW quality paint system of approved color, suitable for exterior application conforming to AS/NZS 2728 type-4 / IS15965. The sheet shall have a total coating thickness of 35 microns, super durable polyester COLORBOND® XRW with Thermatech™ solar reflectance technology quality paint system of 20 microns on exposed surface and 5 micron reverse polyester coat on back surface over 5 micron primer coat on both surfaces. The paint system would have stable resin & inorganic pigments for paint durability and is lead free for water harvesting. The steel sheet shall have brand marking of " KLIP-LOK® 0.50 MM TCT-A ” on back side at regular interval confirming genuineness of the material. The profile sheet shall be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip KL 70. The clip KL-70 shall be fastened with min. 40 μm Zinc coated / min. 25 μm Zinc-Tin alloy coated, Hex head, self-drilling screw as per AS 3566-2002 Class 3 fasteners of approved make. Capping shall be made from the same material which is used for main cladding application encluding providing and laying 8mm thick bubble insulation sheet as per specification. After removing of old A.C. sheets, it will be laying on top of purlin below the roof sheet with maintained the buldge on bubble sheet. The measurement shall be based on finished/covered surface area. Manufacturer of raw material & Profile sheet should be one /same. The LOK-KLIP™ system provides with a quick and easy end joint/expansion joint solution between overlapping sheets of KLIP-LOK® 700. The LOK-KLIP™ system comprises a fully engineered ZINCALUME® steel bracket and a custom shaped weather resistant polyethylene foam weather strip. The LOK-KLIP™ bracket replicates the role of a standard concealed fix bracket and is secured to the ribs of. At the finishing edge of the roof, it is necessary to secure the two underlap ribs using Underlap Rib Hold Down Clips (F) screwed into position with 8mm thick bubble sheet with aluminiun foil. Providing and fixing colour coated Zincalume ( R ) AZ150 ( min 150 gms/sq.mt. total on each side ) profiled sheets for roofing (ridge/ flashing). The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT ) (0.5 mm TCT ), Hi-strength steel with min.550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminium-Zinc alloy (55% aluminium 43.4% zinc 1.6% silicon) with COLORBOND ( R ) steel quality super durable polyester paint coat ( with inorganic pigment). The paint shall have a total coating thickness of nominal 35 um, comprising of nominal 25 um exterior coat on top surface and nominal 10 um reverse coat on back surface. Profile sheet shall have nom. 950-1050 mm effective cover width and nominal 25-30 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the five pan at nominal 180-250 mm center- to-center. The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary groove. and return leg. The feed material should have coil manufacturers product details marked a regular interval. Including fasteners with min. fastened with min. 25 um Zinc-Tin alloy coated, Hex head, self-drilling screw, including etc. complete. Providing & applying oilpainting in two coats of approved colour & shade to old structural steel work in Trusses, Purlins & other members of roofing structure including scaffolding, if necessory cleaning & preparing the surfaces etc. complete.As directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing Scaffolding for oil painting to existing structural steel work consisting of Trusses / Purlins / Verandah Trusses / bottom tie runner / wind Bracing including portion of truss outside wall etc. including necessary props,bamboos, wooden planks, binding with Jute Kathya at every bay of godowns including all transportation / labours complete as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Providing and applying 2 Coats of high quality acrylic copolymer matt latex low VOC emulsion paint of approved shadethat gives smooth, flat and washable and durable finishing of approved make. Paint should have good flow levelling property with good colour retention and incan antibacterial property. Paint has to be applied on smooth and uniform surface prepared by an acrylic copolymer low VOC & Odour putty. This surface should be primed with water based low VOC acrylic copolymer based primer sealer that has incan antibacterial property. The work activity should cover all aspects of applying paints from surface preparation, filling to erecting and dismantling of scaffolding, finishing the surface etc as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying white-wash in two coats on old / new plastered or masonry surfaces and asbestos cement sheets including scaffolding and preparing the surface by brushing and brooming down etc. complete.
