OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR MANNING AND OPERATION OF LIFT INCLUDING COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF VARIOUS LOCATION IN MAP AREA UNDER GE SEVOKE ROAD

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF LIFT (Sch 'A' PART-I)

(v) The contract included for repair, replacement of machines, motors, generators, inverter/ ARD system, controller parts, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chok break shoes, liners, contactors, relays, push bottons, door operator VVF drive, main drive, car door, safety device limit switches, governor, hoistway door locks, indicators and minor mechanical spare parts. The cost of above material are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (vi) The materials like replacement of car cabin, ceiling frames, panels, fixtures, hoist way door panels, door frames, cills, car floorings, floor covering, main line power swtiches, breakers, feeders to controller, hoist way, hydralic jack outer casing, burried piping, alignment of elevator guide rails, smoke and fire sensors, communication devices, security systems, landing doors, sheave rim, hoist rope, ARD battery and ventilator fans are not included in the quoted rate. (vii) ARD battery shall be measured and paid seperately as 'Supply Only" under relavent item. Fixing charge of ARD are deemed to be included with quoted rate. (viii) Contractor to note that monthly service will not be paid for the building undergoing special repairs/ unoccupied buildings and no penalty shall be imposed upon contractor, or all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ix) Contractor will prominently display his contact/ mobile number and OEM contact number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency. (x) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (xi) Labour charges for taking out old spares & refixing of new spares (Supply Only materials) shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Supply only ARD 2.5KVA (Automatic Rescue Device) with panel and including necessary internal wiring work, suitable for JOHNSON make lifts as per site position for the 13 passengers lift including taking down old unserviceable ARD complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of abrasion/ scratch/water/ acid resistant Poly vinyl coating for lift interiors having minimum thickness of sheet 240 microns with suitable adhesive ISI marked including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- 3M AR series or equivalent)

Out Sourcing of Man Power (Sch 'A' PART-II)

Providing services for Lift technicians (Skilled) in one shift including Sunday and Holiday including following works:- (i) Immediate response (24 hrs round the clock) to any technical failure of the lifts includng rescue of the users in case of malfunctioning of the lifts. (ii) Providing imsurances to all engaged personnels/workers as per labour Act. (iii) Providing two sets of uniform for duty personnels with proper badge marking Lift technicians and tools for carraying out immiediate technical assistance. (iv)Preparation of duty roster for each month to be prepare in advace. (v) Log sheets shall be provided by the contractor for all 33 blocks of MAP in standard perfoma to make record of functionality of lift in consultation wit Engineer-in-Charge. (vi)Rate quoted in item rate shall be included the cost for services incl following material and T&P as mentioned in Sr No 8 to 14. (A) Lift MAP offr Qtrs Block No 01 to 03

Note: (a) The minimum qualification for the person deployed as lift technician shall be ITI pass. (b) He should be sound knowledge of aperation of lifts, function of various parts,controller unit for starting, stopping and running of lift, rescue operation for safety in case of power failure or in any emergency. (c) He should be responsible for cleaniness of lift car,lift well /shaft and machine room, regular examination of lift, including necessary adjustment greasing,cleaning chemical,dusting clothes,brromand oiling so as to keep the equipment in proper operation and recording reading as directed by Enginner-in-Charge. (d) He should be responsible for dewatering of lift well by motor pump set as directed by Enginner-in-Charge. Cost of T&P is deemed to be quoted rates. (e) Bidders are requested to quote rates not below the minimum fair wages i.e. not below the pre-price rate given by Department for item No. 8.01 to 8.07. If any bidder quotes rate less than the Departmental pre price rate such bids shall be considered as non bonafied and rejected in Financial evaluation. In this regard no representation shall be Accepted.
