SEHID (NSPR)-04(04)/2026-27 Ground leveling of playground and Construction of swerage system at R and R Colony of Hadua Irrigation Project, Narasinghpur.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 meters outside the periphery of the area, with all labour, T&P, taxes & cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stony earth, gravel and moorum etc. interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum size with all lifts & delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section & depositing the excavated materials away from the work site as per the specification & as directed by the Engineer in charge within an initial lead of 1 Km. from the place of excavation complete.

Excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil with all leads, lifts, delifts including dressing and leveling the bed to design section and depositing excavated materials away from working area in spoil banks with all leads, lifts and delifts including dewatering, shoring, shuttering and propping of bullah piles and construction of coffer dam if required, bailing out water with all cost, conveyance, labour and cess and all other taxes, cess etc. complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand of good quality including watering and ramming with all labour, T&P etc complete to the required level including cost, carriage, royalty & cess of all materials etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour and texture including dewatering, cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials to site of work, tool & plant with all lead, lifts, delifts, watering and curing etc. complete with all labour for mixing by concrete mixture, placing in position by manually and compacting with vibrators etc. complete including hire & running charges of all machineries, cess etc. complete as per approved drawing specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing in position of cement concrete of (1:2:4) using 12mm size HBG chips including hoisting and laying etc. with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc, complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing R.C.C work (1:1½:3) with clean hard crusher broken granite chips of 12mm size of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete with necessary slope and smoothness to receive tar felting or terracing, watering and curing for four weeks, excluding centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting providing grooves or beads and fan hooks as per requirement in ceiling where necessary, cost of water, including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending and binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing M.S reinforcement for R.C.C work including cutting, bending, binding, tying the grills and placing in position including cost of steel etc. with all labour, materials, T&P, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing rigid, smooth centring and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge for R.C.C foundations, plinth band, footings, bases of columns, mass concrete, pre-cast slabs etc

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming with all labour, T&P etc complete to the required level including cost, carriage, royalty & cess of all materials etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
