Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on stone or brick surfaces incl finishing surface even and fair with out using extra cement with @ 200 ml WPC (liquid type) per bag of cement including taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc , complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-WPC (liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on brick or stone surfaces or concrete surfaces/stone work incl finishing surface even and fair without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling surface in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth and including taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairing of damaged RCC Chajja, fascia, fins, roof projection, ceiling and balcony railing, etc., at any height upto 10 mtr by rendering 15mm thick in one or two layers as per site requirement in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement with @ 200 ml WPC (liquid type) per bag of cement including hacking out old broken/damaged concrete portion, cleaning of old reinforcement, etc., and applying neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. (Note : rate for all scaffolding required for repairing work shall be deemed included in this rate) Note:-WPC (liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved make all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkaline resistance primer on walls / ceilings surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on walls all as specified and directed

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of ceiling by using appropriate technique as approved by Engr-in-charge for complete removal of all layers of old treatment and reaching upto old plastered surface and applying white cement based wall care putty on wall of average thickness 2.00 mm using blade / spatula to prepare surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
