Supplying and fixing 415V, 415 Amp TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating. (Make: L&T)

Supplying and fixing 415 Amp sheet steel (16SWG) cable end box on TPN SFU enclosure with nuts bolts etc incl. powder coated painting.

Supply & Delivery 1.1KV grade Aluminium armoured PVC/ XLPE insulated cable of following sizes (Make - Havells /Polycab/ Finolex / R R Kabel)

i) 4 Core 300 Sqmm [From existing L.T. Panel's 400 Amp MCCB to 415 Amp TPN MS]

Laying of one cable of size 4 Core 300 Sqmm through existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers, setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trench with fine dry sand incl. supplying sand.

Laying only Cable of size 4 Core 300 Sqmm through existing RCC/ Hume/GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ and 4 core.

a) 4 Core 300 Sqmm

Laying of cable of 4 Core 300 Sqmm on wall/ surface including S&F MS 'L' shaped angle of 1.5 Mtr. Length (both wall fixing & cable laying side)of size 2"X2" of 5" depth incl. S&F 1.5 Mtr. Long 'U' shaped MS Sheet of 1.5" size, duly boltted on both sides of the existing 'L' shaped angle by proper nuts & bolts after installation of the cable. The MS angle should be fixed with 2 Nos. of fastner/ nuts& bolts (heavy type) on the existing wall/surface incl. making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting. [Per Meter, 1 No. MS angle]

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required. [For protection of 4 Core 300 Sqmm Cable]

i) 125mm dia.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :

a) 4 Core 300 Sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials :

i) 4 Core 300 Sqmm

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (ISI - Medium) 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages. Solid GI wire
