M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles Ist quality 7 to 8mm thick, (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm, but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by Engr-In-Charge and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of in vertical surface of sizes 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including rendering backing coat on vertical surface of wall including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 to receive wall tiles. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by Engr-In-Charge and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls,ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 as in ceiling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing of new plastered surfaces of ceiling, priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint, and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper as on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of Roofs, floors (other than Ground Floors) Beams, staircase, landing, chajjas, facia, projections and similar suspended work in any position all as directed by Engr-in-Charge & removing outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm avg thick PCC padding in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) finished even and smooth without using extra cement for laying of WPT complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only for decorative Laminate type 1 of any thickness of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive on plywood as per manufacturer instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
