Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja padding for maintaining roof/chajja slope complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified.

Taking down old damaged existing water proofing membrane of any thickness from roof top complete all as specified and directed. Note: All waste materials shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

M& L for water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertical surfaces with applying of oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm in drying over the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint/primer @ 0.1 Kg per sqm over RCC roof slab/rojection/parapet after cleaning the surface by removing dust dirt etc as manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directedall as specified and as directed.

M&L for digging out roots of bushes,small trees,gass of any dia & girth from accessible roof projection,chajjas,wall junction,parapet etc at any height by necessary demolition of brick work/stone masonry/concrete/RCC wall or slab etc and illing holes and levelled with cement concrete B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate ) and necessary rendering of cement mortar 1:4 after applying damp proof epoxy based primer and matched with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for digging out roots of bushes,small trees,gass of any dia & girth from inaccessible roof projection,chajjas,wall junction,parapet etc up to roof top of 4th floor by necessary demolition of brick work/stone masonry/concrete/RCC wall or slab etc and illing holes and levelled with cement concrete B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate ) and necessary rendering of cement mortar 1:4 after applying damp proof epoxy based primer and matched with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for necessary scaffolding are included.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls, RCC slab ,ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. all as specified for 5th floor and above including necessary scaffolding

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 with and including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instruction on concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed.all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply only under relevant item)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applied two coats of cement base paint complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick works/ block works or concrete surfaces cement plaster 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed.all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered on wall and applying three coats of white wash.

M&L for preparing new plastered on wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat ofchalk whiteneing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing demolished material ie building material concrete debris tree roots,trunk branches of any type etc to a distance of 30 KM or beyond out of premises of metropolition area including loading, unloading by manually or by mechanical means (JCB and to be transported through trolly or tipper and staking at the destination as and when directed by Engr-In-Charge during execution.
