Earth work in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil ( loamy clay or sand ) i/c. lift upto 1.5 metre and lead upto 30 metre and i/c. back filling,watering and ramming of excavated earth into trenches and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge with cost of labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

Earth work in embankment / filling by power transported earth with a average lead 8.00 km. including excavation, loading,unloading, manual compaction, dressing and all lifts complete excluding royalty required for proper completion of work.

Providing & laying of Cement Concrete in 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 stone grit 20-40 mm.size) including cost of all materials ,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing & fixing Centering & Shuttering for .C.C. Work i/c. rent of shuttering material ,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks (AAC Blocks) masonry with 150mm/230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately)

R.C.C. M-20 Grade (1 Cement:1 .5 Coarse sand:3 Grit 12-20 mm.size) i/c. cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement required for proper completion of work.

Providing & fixing Centering & Shuttering for R.C.C. Work i/c. rent of shuttering material ,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C. Work i/c. it's straightening, cutting, bending, binding, and placing in position with cost of binding wire, cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

12.5 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 (1Cement:4Coarse sand) cement mortar i/c. cost of all materials, labour, and T&P etc . Required for proper completion of work.

Finishing wall with weather coat by primium acrylic exterion paint applied @1.67letre per 10sqm. (Asian or berger brand) of approved mack and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg /10sqm. after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and sand papered smooth including supply all materials, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.
