Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Centrifugal pump sets with allied equipment as under

Providing, erecting and commissioning of Horizontal split casing/Multi stage Centrifugal pump (make: Kirloskar / WPIL/ Mather & Platt) as per IS:5120, capable for required discharge and head (mention below), consisting of bronze impellers, stainless steel pump shaft, etc. with all accessories coupled with energy efficient (IE3) TEFC squirrel cage induction motor confirming to IS:325 and IS:12615, having 10% more BHP than that of pump, operating on 1500 rpm, 415V, 3 PH, 50 HZ [make: Kirloskar /ABB /CGL /Marathon] all complete with required size of sluice valve and non- return valve standard fitting, strainers, reducer, foot valve, pressure gauge, MS delivery & Suction pipe, common header, nuts & bolts, packings, fitting & fixing, labour & technician, etc. all complete job as per site requirement and direction of E/I. (Note:- Contractor will have to check the design of pump & motor and get it approved by the Department).

Supplying, erecting, assembled fully Automatic Star Delta starter, in a provided cubical pannel to operate squirrel cage induction motor working on 308-440 volt, 3 Pz, 50 volt with no volt coil,over load relay and ON/OFF push Buttons with necessary material and connected to supply, etc. complete. (75 HP)

Power wiring with required 185 Sq mm 3.5 core 1.1 KV grade armoured Aluminium Cables, XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable from Transformer to MCP at Clear Water Pump House. Laying, jointing and making proper terminations, etc. all complete.

Power wiring with required 50 sq mm (mention below) 3.0 core 1.1 KV grade unarmoured copper Cables, XLPE/PVC insulated unarmoured cable from Transformer to MCP at Clear Water Pump House. Laying, jointing and making proper terminations, etc. all complete.

Earthing: Making Earthing with all materials, equipments & accessories etc. all complete as per IE rule for each motor.

Supplying, installation & commissioning of Lightening arrestor for Pump house, fire fighting system, first aid box, Rubber matting, etc. for WTP.

Crane: Providing, erecting and commissioning of 3 ton Single Girder Hand Operated Circular/Rectangular Travelling Crane with 6 m lift complete with chain pulley block ISI marked and travelling trolley both tested for 50 % overload including arrange-ment for longitudinal travel/circular travel and cross travel with wheel, hand chain, etc. complete.

Tansformer Installation: Cost of construction of DP structure in Rail / RSJ Pole for above mention transformer with different type of MS channels, M.S. angles, brackets, insulators, AB Switch, three set of horn gap fuse, DO fuse, disc & pin insulator, lightening arrester with earthing, stay sets, nut bolts, fabrication work required for the job, cost of earthing of transformer (Two nos., one no. for neutral and one for body) with all required material, technicians, labours, Grouting, PCC work, fencing, Danger board, testing of transformer oil, fitting, fixing, connecting with HT/LT lines, etc. for power supply, etc. all complete as per I.E. rules and specification of Jharkhand state electricity board.
