S&F in replacement of single pointed air termination aluminum rod 12mm dia, 300mm long to fix on wall/ roof/ pipes with suitable mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts and washers as required at site including taking out old unservicebel termination rod complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable the existing aluminum/copper strip of any size and type from the ground/ equipment (roof/ down conductor) and removing from site and including making good wall/floor/roof by making necessary platering/riveting as originol credit to contractor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc with minimum two number saddles on and including PVC gutties in each one meter of lenth for roof/wall conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 3 here in before but except strip retrieved from item No. 2

Earthing complete in any type of soil hard(rocky soil) /soft with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 metres below ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25 X 3 mm (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 40 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-15 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of rainforced cement concrete M-15 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 No's and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering, perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point including taking out existing unservicable earthing all as specified and testing on completion. NOTE :- Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5 metre long galvanised iron strip 25mm X 3mm size and protection pipe of 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade.

S&F in replacement test point terminal block made out of Gun metel or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specifide and directer by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables or other items and getting out in any type of soil soft/hard (rocky soil) complete all as specifed.

Removal of excavated material to be distance n.exc 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 metres high from the starting point, all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.
