Providing and fixing in position TMT-FE-500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps,footings,foundations,slabs,beams columns,canopies, stair case, newels, chajjas ,lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc.as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting,bending,hooking the bars,binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete as directed.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of gradeM-20 of trap/granite/ gneiss/ quartzite/graded metal for RCC works of abutment, wingwalls, returns, transition walls, piers, columns, beams and slabs, diaphragm walis, road slabs trough (Box Culvert) trough for aqueduct, wearing coat, etc.with Batching Plant and Transit mixer including centering, shuttering, scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with all ifts as directed.

Providing and fixing Polypropylene Glass Lined gate consisting of 4 mm thick M.S.Sheet of High quality material welded properly on frame constisting of M.S.Channel ISMC 150 x 75 to have zero leakage to which M.S.Angels of size ISA 50 x 50x6 mm ,2 in nos.to be weldwd vertically and horizantaly ensuring further welding of Hinges which will be hinged with M.S.Channel frame size properly in size 100x50 mm ,material of all above members should confirm IS226 &IS 2062 and embedding whole assembly in the concrete by fastners with skilled workmanship to facilitate the gate operation as per drawing provided. The entire fabrication surface should be smoothened by sand blasting and then coated first by resin on the chopped strand mat for second time ,applying glass fiber tissu sheet on top surface covered with final coat by resin curing the same for 2-3 days excluding transportation etc. complete The gate shall withstand hydrostatic pressure of 4.5 m with adequate factor of safety.

Dewatering by pumping out water collected with 10 to 19 HP Diesel / Electrical pumps including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, providing sump and all other ancillary operations whenever necessary etc. complete under specific & indispensable circumstances with prior approval from competent authority with authentic evidence of records justifying dewatering etc. complete.
