M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling 250mm dia borehole by DTH cum Rotary at any depth below the ground level in any kind of rockl/soil upto 50 mrt depth including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mrt away complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for sefl perforated UPVC pipe 200mm (SCH-40) dia for pressure rating 10 kg/sqcm fixed complete to depth upto 50 mrt in below the ground complete all as specified and directed

M&L for loose filling with stone aggregate of gauge 40 to 80mm sokage pit, sokage well complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for gravel/moorum fillings in floors or pavings spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm Ultra PEDWC (Double wall corrugated) pipe and all necessary fittings and fixtures complete including hunching sides of pipe with cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for manhole cover including placing and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides and soffits of beams lintels etc finished rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, lintels over 1.5m span etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel deformed or twisted bar ( TMT bars) 8 to 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking,bending , spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed bricks coping etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating making groves for fixing of man hole cover including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finishing drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement mixed with approved quality of water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing plastered new surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L framed work such as grills angle grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars railings and similar work confirming to Fe-410-o or Fe-310-O complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of steel and iron surface exceedding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coas of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zink chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in hard/dense soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm in each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc 50 m where directed at a level not exc 1.50 m high above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
