Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Above 4.5 metre and upto 6.5 metre

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted)

Supplying,installation,testing and commissioning of Astronomical time switch of following configuration to be mounted in feeder pillars / Lighting DBs for automatic switching On & OFF of street lights at sun set & sun rise or twilight(Auto ON, Auto OFF, Auto modes) with manual override facility with 12/24 hour display format with suitable battery and indication for relay status i/c programming at site complete as required.

Supplying of 5 star Energy saving ceiling fans BLDC (26W to 32W), 1200mm sweep (White), Make: USHA Model: Techno Air (Without remote) or equivalent.

Supplying and Fixing LED street light of 30W with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 equivalent to LUKER Sleek series street light product code LSTE-30 or its equivalent.

Supplying of one number XLPE insulated PVC outer sheathed with galvanised round steel wire or steel srtip armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 Kv grade of size 10 sq.mm x 3 core conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 amended upto date.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the open surface as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1.KV grade of following size in the existing DWC/RCC/ HUME/METAL pipe as required.

Supplyingh and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked alomg with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (50 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of DWC HDPE pipe of size 40/32, ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. Conforming to IS 16205 (Part 24): 2018/IS 14930 (Part 2) : 2001, complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. on surface/wall including providing clamping arrangement etc as required.

Demolishing cement concrete/ bituminous road manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (0.15m X 0.15m X42.0 m) trench.

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including finishing complete (0.1m X 0.1m X 42.0 m) trench , but excluding DWC Pipe dia.

Fabrication of street light pole 6.0 meters made up of GI pipe(class C) of sizes 65 mm and reduced to 40 mm dia. as per direction of E in C and confroming to IS 1239(Part 1) 2004 including coating the GI Pole with Red oxide then painting with silver colour paint and finishing to good and also providing FRLS 1.5 sqmm wires complete with connetion as per the direction of E in C etc as required.

Providing and fixing hot press moulded sintex SMC Distirbution Box with SPN MCB 6 to 32 A fitted inside on the existing street light pole at 0.7 metre height from the ground level including connections and painting etc as required.Similar to Sintex Cat No. GSJB 1414( 140 x 140 x 95) .

Fabrication, Installation testing and commissioning of LT Outdoor type self supported cubical Street light control panel box made of 2.00 mm CRCA Sheet of size 800 mm x 600 mm x 300 mm with front opening, double leaf hinged door with locking arrangement. Panel comprising 40 mm x 6 mm MS Flat frame of length 1.2 mtrs welded and hole as per the direction of E in C suitable for mounting Energy meter , cutout 16 A , Isolator, Astronomical timer complete with all the neccessary internal connection as required including 01 no. Indicating LEDs and the panel is duly painted with two coats of metal primer(Red Oxide) and two coats of synthetic enamel and conforming to section 4 of CPWD specification for Electrical works part IV substation 2007 etc complete as required.

Providing Earthing with safe earthing electrode of galvanization 80 to 100 microns length 2000 mm, 48mm dia and inner space to be filled with crystaline conuctive mixture including filling - up with electrodite (Back fill Compound) as required for safe earth electrode and provoding masonary enclosure with cover plate haveing locking attagement etc. as required. (Similar to ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing or equivalent)

Providing and welding M.S. fan clamp type I or II 12mm dia M.S. Round bar ,bent the clamp to shape with hooked ends in the provided M.S. pipe with making good the pipe by painting complete as required.
