M&L for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned RCC roof with the following specifications and manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Preparing and cleaning of fully dried surfaces as per IS 3067-1966. (ii) Applying bitumen primer conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned base @ 0.50 litre per sqm. (iii) Providing a layer of 3 mm thick APP modified pre-fabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyster matt membrane with butane torch application.
