Providing and Inserting of 1120 mm i/d M.S. casing pipe 10 mm thick(Fe-330 grade) Fabricated as per IS 3589 of 1991 from steel plates confirming to IS:-2062 including cutting, beveling, grinding and jointing with radiographically welding of pipe as per IS- 1182 and testing complete in all respect.

Providing and Fixing of MS Spacer at a distance of 2 Mtr apart to avoid contract of casing pipe and carrier pipes complete - For 600 mm i/d .

Provision for making connection 600mm i/d mm with the existing 900mm and 600 mm i/d main pipe line complete in all respects including specials of required size.

Providing and Insertion of 10 mm thick M.S pipeline 600 mm i/d (Fe330 grade) duly aligning, fixing in position, jointing and Fabricated as per IS 3589 of 1991 from steel plates confirming to IS:-2062 complete including all material, labour, hydraulic testing and commissioning as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge by providing Roller arrangement for smooth insertion and anchoring of pipe throughout the length with HDPE spacers at a distance of 2 meters apart to avoid contract of carrier pipe including cutting, jointing, radio graphically as per IS: 1182 Hydraulic testing including carriage of material to site of work complete in all respects as entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Boring/Excavation to the precise dimension by trenchless technology complete in all respects in normal soil condition but not rock/bolder/any undergrounds utilities like foundation water supply line coming in alignment or other underground obstruction suitable for MS casing pipe of size complete for 1100 mm i/d MS Pipe 10mm thick casing pipe. Machinery on hire basis, Labour Heavy Hydraulic Crane, Jacking Machine and other necessary equipment Horizontal Boring/ Excavation of size 1120 mm id.

Providing and fixing of 600mm D.I. Sluice valves with HW PN-1.6 rating (rising type) confirming to IS:14846-DIN- 3352 / BS-5163 bldg-IS-1865 G-400/1500/7 (with latest revision) specifications sluice valves along with contingent material required for their fixing with pipes and specials complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
