Inspection and rectification of ZIV make Substation Automation System installed at 132KV GIS S/S Govindpuram. The following works are including for healthy SCADA communication. (a) Replacing the defective armourd optical fiber cable and splicing it if required any anywhere in the Ring. (b) Replacing the defective FO multimod ST-ST, LC-LC, LC-ST port patch cords. (c) Checking & Rectifying the healthiness of LIU and its communicating ports. (d) Checking & Rectifying the healthiness of IEC 61850-7 Ethernet switches. (e) Replacing the defective CAT-5/LAN cables and checking its healthiness. (f) Rectifying communication healthiness of MOD Bus RTU for various MFM meters. (h) Re-installation of old backup to SCADA. (I) Checking the healthiness of all protection relay's communication to SCADA. (j) Checking of all required events, alarms, numericals datas, status and signals to SCADA from various bays & feeders. (k) Checking the SLD of S/S to SCADA screen (1) checking the all required operations of equipments from SCADA. (m) configuration of ethernet switches/modems/RTU etc. if required. (n) Reinstalling of new window and SICAM 230 software in stand by PC and reinstalling the old back up in HMI-2, making both operational/healthy HMI-1 & HMI-2 in all respect. At the time of rectification software CD, SCADA license key, activation key and old SAS backup will be provided by the department.
Configuration of gateway/RTU for transmission of telemetry data via IEC 104 protocol to SLDC Lucknow and backup SLDC, Modiupram as per IP address and physical address provided by UPPTCL and validation of real time data as per existing BCU relay at 132 KV S/S Govindpuram solving the problem of SOE, time synchronization.
