REPAIR AND MAINT OF STREET LIGHTS AND SECURITY AND HIGH MAST LIGHTS ALLIED WORKS ZONE A AT NDA KHADAKWASLA

Repair / maintenance of street / security lights any type, flood lights, post top lanterns, gate ligt ,Garden light or any other external lights in its position fixed on pole /building structure or by taking down to ground, if required, testing all the compenents / parts, wiring etc, identifying and replacing the defective components like electronic driver, connection wires/ cable, MCB etc including refixing the fitting to its original position (if taken down), including repair / maint of street light control timer & junction box all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) The rate against the above mentioned item is deemed for cost of labour and allied expenses only. (ii) Cost of spares electronic driver, connection wire, MCB, timer contactor spares etc) replaced against above mentioned item will be measured & paid for separately under respective items of Sch 'A' here-in-below. (iii) The contractor's representative will report to concerned JE E/M at 0900hrs daily to collect the list of defective street light fittings and will submit the completion report on the same day before 21.30hrs to the JE E/M. (vii) The contractor shall be fully responsible for the safety of his men engaged for executing this work and he will provide all requisite safety equipments and clothings to his men and department shall not be responsible for any kind of mishap / accident / injury to his men. (iv) The contractor has to rectify the defects / repair and make the street light functional within 24 hours from the time the list of defective street lights is handed over to him / his rep by the concerned JE E/M. In case the street light is not made functional for whatsoever reason within the specified time limit, an amount of Rs 150/- per such defective street light per day will be recovered from the amount due to him through RAR / Final Bill. The contractor shall carry out repair / maint work simultaneously for different zones / pocket / areas like :- (a) Offrs residential area D1, D2, D3, E3 including main road from Bombay stadium to peacock bay, road to LVGH & Kondhana. (v) Vehicle mounted hydraulic ladder shall be provided on contractor's request which will be measured separately under Schedule 'C'. (vi) The contractor shall maintain proper record of repair / maint in a binded register duly bringing out the details of spares replaced on each and every street light and get it authenticated from concerned JE E/M on daily basis. The contractor shall put up the maint record register to Engineer-in-charge for inspection every Monday or as and when asked for. (viii The contractor shall maintain sufficient stock of spares / material required for repair / maint of street lights with the concerned JE E/M against the supply only items here-in-below. (ix) The details of street / security lights is enclosed as Appx A to Schedule A for general idea about the location and type of light fittings.

Taking down the existing light fittings on multi mounting brackets from 16/21 mtrs highmast pole by taking on ground repairs/ replacing the defective parts like electronic drivers connection wires and refixing the same to its original position all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: (i) Cost of spares , electronic drivers,connection wires replaced against above mentioned item above mentioned item will be measured & paid for separately under respective items of Sch 'A' here-in-below. (ii) The defects / repair of the floodlight making them functional after handing over defective floodlights of highmast (iii) Maintaining proper record of repair / maint in a binded register duly bringing out the details of spares replaced on each and every flood light and getting it authenticated. (iv) Safety of his men engaged for executing the work along with safety equipment and clothes for the men shall be maintained.

Supply only following street light spares of branded make as mentioned in the list of make enclosed with Particular specifications for replacement:- (a) Electronic driver suitable for 90watts LED security light fittings Make should be as per the Existing manufacturer.

(e)Electronic driver for 150 watts flood lights Make should be as per the Existing manufacturer

(f) Electronic driver for 100 watts flood lights Make should be as per the Existing manufacturer

Supply & Laying, jointing & testing of UG LT cables XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor multi stranded armoured heavy duty 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/through pipe under road etc with new aluminium lugs of cable size all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 mts in depth in wide for laying of cables and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out incl dressing/trimming sides and levelling/grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filiing in incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested as specified.

Removing excavated surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Tarmac bituminised road cutting by using suitable hydraulic road cutter for a width not exceeding 300 mm and depth 600 mm for laying of 80 MM medium grade GI pipe incl refilling and making good with Tarmac/ PCC duly matching with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Quoted rate shall be incl of 80 MM Gi pipe medium grade 2. Quoted rate shall deemed to incl the cost of making good the disturbed surface.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40 mm size graded stone aggregates) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F in replacement Busbar panel weather proof outdoor type single door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7035 ( Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The Panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, Gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be provided to render the joints dust proof. All doors and covers shall be provided with cylindrical panel locks and shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and shall be lockable. The panel shall be provided with aluminium bus bars, 300mmX40mmX5mm(thickness) electrolytic grade of adequate rating. The bus bars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with 4. RYB & black colour coding and fix horizontally. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in a dedicated compartment. including incoming and outgoing cable connection, glands, thimbles All joints and connection shall be done with galvanised or codmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers. The panel shall be provided with 04 Nos 25mmx25mmx3mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 0.6 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted on wall (at Sudan Dome)and suitable fixing arranement as per site requirement. The overall size of the Busbar panel shall be 350mmx200mmx400mm (LxBxH).including PCC 1:3:6 all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ taking down the pole upto 16/21 metre height of high mast light by engaging suitable crane and repairing by replacing the unserviceable top pully of pole and other part such as winch motor, steel wire, power cable and servicing ,toping of oil and greasing the gear wheel assembly and hoisting, refixing and connecting up complete all as specified and directed . Note : a) The repair of light fittings and light fitting spares are measured and paid separately. b) Spares such as steel wire, power cable etc will be measured and paid separately under respective items. c) The entire work shall be carried out with well experienced professionals who undertake the high mast poles dismantling /repair works. d) Minor spares such as screws, bolt/nuts, grease etc shall provided by the contractor without any extra cost over and above the quoted rate.

Supply only stainless steel rope twisted of size10mm/6 mm dia with necessary connections proper binding on both sides from bottom drum mast top connecting hook complete all as specified and directed

Supply only gear box oil of grade EP 90/140 in standard packed/sealed container including drain out old gear box and filling up new gear box oil complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electric connection and taking down carefully Fractional motor from highmast housing of any type and capacity as described below: -removing the burnt winding of motor rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge or of matching size to the exisiting wires including all insulating material such as insulation paper sleeve, tape, varnishing etc and reassembling, testing, transporting back to site and refixing to original position all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Provision of protective cover of 1.20 mtr high and suitable size & shape, made out of plain mild steel wire 3.15mm dia, galvanised class 3, in protection for Bollard light fitting and including necessary fixing arrengements to prevent th light fitting from any damage and theft complete all as specified and directed

Supply and installation of the Outdoor LED strips 8W/220V along with all necessary accessories for a complete and functional installation. Accessories shall include, but are not limited to, compatible aluminum profiles, diffusers, power supplies, controllers,End cap, Drivers , wiring, connectors, and any required mounting hardware. The system shall be designed for outdoor use, meeting or exceeding the required IP 65 rating for the specified environment.
