1 : - Non Schedule Items Three VCB Panel Board ( Compact Type) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, Non-Extensible indoor fixed type, RMU (Ring main unit) 3 way comprising of 3 No 630 Amps, Vaccum Circuit Breaker (Comprising One No. Incomer & Two Nos. as outgoing) inside robotically welded stainless steel (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank having min thickness 3 ± 0.5 mm having IP 67 degree of protection. RMU should be provided with Copper busbars internal, external as well as earthing busbars should be of copper, Resin cast ring core protection CT on cables 150-75/1 Amp, SP 10, 2.5 VA-03 Nos & Resin cast ring core metering CT 150-75/1 Amp, CI 1.0, 2.5 VA-3 No's on cables, one number fault passage indicator per unit, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of 20RA/I sec as per IEC62271-200. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting as required at site. (a) 1 No. 630 Amps motorised Vacumm Circuit Breaker triple pole, single break 3 position as incomer (On, Off and earth having STC capacity 20 KA for 3 seconds with copper bus bar and copper earth bar fitted with fixed type voltage indicator device as per IEC 61958-1, fully rated with earth switch, spring assisted mechanism, Red/ Green Push Button for On/ Off operation. Arc proof hinged type cable cover interlocked with earth switch. Air insulated cable boxes and boots suitable for bottom entry front termination of 3 core cable 95/120/185 Sqmm. All meters shall be of digital type with LED display. All Multifunction meters shall have the communicating ports with LED display in the Main LT Panel. All TP MCCB shall have the neutral link. All MCCB shall be with operating handle. The provision of dedicated UPS, battery bank and the DC supply for Protection circuit and indication lamps shall be included in the cost of Main LT Panel. Metering panel complete with CTs, PTs cubical and electronics meter with accuracy class 0.5 as per requirement / approved by HVPN Consisting of the following :- Cubical panel free standing floor mounting type made of sheet steel 14-G SWG CRCA sheet with channel iron base frame spray paintd with strong Synthetic grey channel paint as per size & design approved by HVPN . 3 Nos. 11 KV CTs of rating as approved by HVPN for indoor installation of approved make of HVPN. One No. 11 KV PT 11000/110 Volts 10 KA burden 0.5 accuracy oil filled suitable for indoor installation of approved make of HVPN. Digital electronic meter 3 Phase 4 wires 0.5 accuracy for recording reading operating system for difference kind of readings. XPLE cable with epoxy cast bushing including making necessary connection with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.(Make:- 3-M/ Densons/ Rachyem.) 10 : - Supply and erection of outdoor type end termination jointing box heat shrinkable type suitable for 240 sqmm 3 core 11 K.H.V.T. XPLE cable with epoxy cast bushing including making necessary connection with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. 11 : - Supply & erection of fire extinguisher ISI marked ABC type 6 Kg. Capacity powder base with square grip Gavle duly erected/hung on wall with hook including the cost of hook, screw etc. with all the labour and material required to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge of the work.(Make:- Safex/Ceasefire/ Minimax).

12 : - Supply & Installation of CO2 type fire Extinguisher 4.5 KG capacity made from brand new seamless cylinder as per ISI mark IS: 7285 and CCE approval fitted with discharge hose and horne and squeeze grip /wheel type valve with initial charge as per IS 15683 : 2006 specification bearing ISI marks and EIL approved complete in all respect (Safex/ Minimax Make) with Three year warranty.

13 : - S/E of fire bucket of G.I. sheet of 24 gauge write with " FIRE" as per fire specification.

14 : - S/E of MS bucket stand suitable for six Nos. fire buckets (but without buckets) including the cost of welding & painting with all cost of red oxide and two coat of enameled paint of red colour completion all respect.

15 : - Supply and erection of stay wire suitable for 9/11 M. long RCC pole make out of 7/8 SWG GI wire with U type MS rod 5/8" dia duly threaded by means of angle iron of size 50 mm x 6 mm x 30 cm and 6 ft. long MS rod 5/8" dia 5' buried in the ground after fixing with cross channel size 75 mm x 40 mm x 60 cm. The stay wire will be binded on the top of the pole with help of suitable size of double U type MS clamps and stay fixed with nuts& bolts. The stay wire shall be insulated in the middle point with the help of egg. Insulator and complete with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

16 : - Supply and erection of 11 KV pin insulator with pin make with all labour and material required to complete the job including fixing the same on existing channels up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge of the work.

17 : - Supply and erection of 11 KV gang operated switch make conforming to IS with latest amendment including suitable size of copper blade erection of same on the existing 'H' pole with the help of 3 No. channels of size 75 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm, 1.8 M long fixed with suitable size of MS clamp, nuts and bolts including cost of 6 No. 11 KV insulator with GI pin R.D. fuses and painting with 2 coat of approved paint and one cost of red oxide and material required to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of work.

18 : - Supply and erection of 11 KV disk insulator with all labour and material required to complete the job including fixing the same on existing channels up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge of the work

19 : - Supply and erection of lightening arrester module suitable for 11 KV G.O. switch with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

20 : - S/E angle iron, channel & clump with nut & bolts of various sizes required for made the platform & G.O. switch etc.

21 : - Supply and erection of fencing of transfer for safety precaution made out with the help to 50 cm x 50 cm x 6 mm angle iron, M.S. plate 50 mm x 6 mm, M.S. Jaal the perportionate quantities required in 1 sqm duly painted with red enameled paint including one coat of red oxide. The fencing angle shall be embedded in ground with C.C. mixture at least 60 cm in ground level including all labour and material required to complete the job up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work.
