Installation of vertical bored cast in-site double under reamed pile of 300mm diametre in all types of soil using design mix concrete of grade M-20 with OPC cement, fine aggregate, 20mm and downgraded HBGS jelly coarse aggregate. The rate excludes cost of reinforcement and binding wire, fabrication, welding charges, placing of reinfocement cage in borehole in coreect position, cost of boring to the required depth with bentonite solution with temporary casing of required length, conveyance of materials and pouring concrete including all tools and plants shifting. Excavation of mud pits for circulation of bentonite solution, closing the mud pits to the original level and mud removal with initial lead and lift but including dismantling the concret above the cut off level etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of reinforcement but including the bentonite solution, machinary and labour charges etc., all complete as per Standard Specification

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, leveling, sectioning breaking clods etc., including all incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification . for Foundations SS 20B

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four and eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc,. Complete complying with standard specification in force and as directed by department officials.-

RCC 1:1½:3 (One cement one point five M-Sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all RCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering , Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including curing ,finishing etc complete with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers etc complete as per standard specification.

Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five M-Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials.

Supply and Erection of 1200 mm dia RCC Ring of approved quality to require depth including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges to site etc., complete. as per standard specification

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Special Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement three P-Sand) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to site and including all labour charges etc complete.

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement five P-Sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc completeand as directed by department officials.

Daddoing with Glazed tiles of approved quality set in cement mortar 1:2 mix and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Labour charges for the erection of Single phase Centrifugal Mono bloc Pumpset including fixing and jointing submersible cable withproper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Supply and fixing of 16 Amps DP Switch with metal clad of 500 V with fuse and neutral (Side Handle) on suitable TW Box PWD Earthing (SD.NO.146)

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu. Wiring with 2x4 sqmm(56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 mm x 100 mm x 63mm TW switch box for 15 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour, with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point. Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit.
