Constrcution of Rural Works Sub-Division, Kundra for the year 2025-26-Building

Earth work excavation in foundation in Hard of soil including hard moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders ( except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including rough dressing the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royalty, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm. Size hard broken granite chips (Crusher broken) including all cost, conveyance , royality etc. Complete as per the direction of the EIC.

RCC work of M 20 grade with 20 mm and down grade black hard granite (Crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting and laying as per the direction of the EIC. Footing
