Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : 300 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil All kinds of soil.

Carriage of earth by mechanical transport including loading,unloading and stacking lead upto 1 km.

Supply and Spreading of Hard Murrum including watering and compaction in specified locations in layers by manual means as per direction of enginner in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and fixing in position 12mm thick bitumen impregnated fiber board conforming to IS: 1838, including cost of primer, sealing compound Grade-A in expansion joints.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting,writing on boards with two coat base paint of approved quality enamel paint and painting and writing in english/hindi in required shade including the cost of all materials,labour etc. complete as per instruction of eng-in-charge
