Repair to RCC sunshades, chajjas, balconies, coloumns, bands, beams and similar RCC work at any position up to 15 meter height by dismantling loose / disintegrated portion over and including chicken wire mesh of size 12.5 mm x 1 mm securing with clips/ chicken wire mesh and fixing of reinforcement if required, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia and dubbing out with cement concrete (1 : 1.5 : 3), 15 mm to 50 mm thick, using 6 to 12 mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished the required shape including provision of necessary scaffolding and formwork up to four storey buildings and finished with 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Chicken wire mesh shall deemed o be included in the unit rate quoted. 2. Reinforcement (TMT bars) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only Mild steel TMT bars, 8 to 10 mm dia complete all as specified.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) Pipe, 150 mm bore, Rain water pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with pvc clamp complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC bends of any radius, 150 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with pvc clamp complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement at any height, including taking down cement plaster of any description on brick, concrete or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removing all debrish from defence land arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement at any height including taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removing all debrish from defence land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick as in ceiling, chajjas, facias, at any position in cement mortar 1:3 over brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removing all debrish from defence land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of primer on the surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (approved colour) over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied@ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated wall surfaces of any description and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces and applying two coats of Oil bound Distemper over a coat of chalk whiting primer as preparatory to distemper on surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing and applying 2 mm thick cement based wall care putty on wall over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of a red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for all Items: Rate quoted against items shall deemed to include scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and protective measures etc., wherever required for execution of work of height upto 04 storey building. Contractor shall quote their tender keeping this aspect in mind.

SMART PERIODICAL

Complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping of walls, chajjas, ceilings, fins, facias etc. using using mechanical means like mechanical sander etc. with internal dust extraction system including expose sound substrata for further surface preparation prior to painting work all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for widening of cracks from wall/ ceiling surfaces in V Groove upto 5 mm deep by using scrapper blade or angle cutter and filling the crack by applying a layer of acrylic crack filler paste or similar material complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying one coat of exterior primer which provides exceptional whiteness and opacity and ensures strong adhesion of the top coat. Priming work shall be carried out post all repair and preparatory works including cleaning the surface by removing loose particles, dust and other foreign materials using water by pressure washer all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour preparation of newly plastered surfaces/old prepared wall surface, ceiling (chajja/ mumty) and applying 2 coats of acrylic waterproof primer coating which is formulated with acrylic polymers having crack bridging ability of upto 1 mm, tensile strength of 1.8 mpa, 100% elongation and can withstand upto 5 bars hydrostatic pressure to provide better mechanical strength and adhesion to the surface all as per manufacturer's instruction complete. Priming work to be carried out post all repair and preparatory works including cleaning the surface from loose particles, dust and other foreign materials using water by pressure washer all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying 2 coats of modified acrylic exterior emulsion having excellent scrub and peel resistance, superior whiteness, excellent finish, resistance to fading of colours, advanced anti fungal and algal protection against all round weather and paint performance of Minimum 5 Years so as to obtain an acceptable finish all as per manufacturer's instruction and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying waterproof wall putty (cement-based or polymer-modified as approved) in two or more coats over prepared plastered surface to achieve smooth, even finished surface suitable for uniform application and curing as per manufacturer’s instruction and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for item No 32.10 to 32.60: (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed as per MoU between tenderer and manufacturer of paints and their authorised applicator after approval by the GE as per MoU performa attached at Serial page No. 107 & 108. (b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I "Memoradum of Understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall not be opened and shall be liable to rejected. (c) Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and protective measures etc, as necessary for execution of work shall be arrenged by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (d) Authorised applicator of the company with trained painters will only be allowed to execute the work and the applicator will submit the experience certificate from the company. .....Contd..

Contd... (e) The entire quantity of material will be calculated and brought in a maximum 3 phases and will be accepted only post verification of PVs and Challan from the company through Mail. (f) Material will be kept in the custody of MES rep and will be issued to the authorised applicator as per requirement. (g) Packing material/ empty Buckets will not be handed over to the contractor and will be destroyed after completion of work through a BOO. .....Contd

(g) Buildings will be handed over to the contractor in a phased manner and subsequently to the authorised applicator only after completion of civil work like plastering/ repairing as required. (h) Entire work will be divided into four stages as under and will be certified by a company technical rep whether the stages completed are as per manufacturer’s instruction and passed by Engr-in-Charge/ GE:- (a) Stage :1 Preliminary Inspection (b) Stage 2: Preparation of surface (c) Stage 3: Priming/ Base Coat (d) Stage 4: Final coat of painting .....Contd

Contd... (j) Stage passing register will be properly maintained duly signed by all Concerned. (k) Preparation of plastered or unplastered surface or removal of existing treatment by scrapping of walls, chajjas, ceilings, fins, facias etc. shall be done using mechanical sander with internal dust extraction system for clean environment. (l) All priming/ painting work will be done by mechanical sprayer only. (m) All rates quoted will be inclusive of all scaffolding as and when required as per the schedule attached and no work will be allowed without proper scaffolding, height of each building are as indicated in the list of buildings. (n) The contractor shall submit manufacturer generated 05 years warranty card for each building during submission of RAR and Final Bill. (o) A warranty amount @ 10% will be kept as reserve till completion of warranty period and will be released thereafter. (p) Any deterioration during the warranty period will be rectified by the contractor from the manufacturer with whom the MoU is signed, without any financial effect.
