SCH 'A' PART-IV : REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI

Tightening of loose charpoy after removing of old/ torn out nylon newar from Charpoy GI Pipe and S&F of 12 mm thick ply, ISI mark, BWR Grade, as per IS 303, of size 1980 mm x 900 mm by fixing with 12 Nos nut and bolt of suitable size with GI washer alongwith provision of 25 mm square MS pipe stiffner 02 Nos of 1.6 mm thick , conically/ slanting cut at the ends to continuously welded on all four sides to flush with the top of long rail as directed by GE. The MS pipes shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as per Drg and as specified and directed.

Removing of damaged/ broken/ unserviceable long rails from existing Charpoy GI pipe and S&F of new long rail made out of GI pipe 32 mm nominal bore, medium grade (ISI marked) confirming to IS 1239 both ends threaded complete all as specified and shown on drg. and directed.

Removing of damaged/ broken/ unserviceableshort rails from existing frame of Charpoy GI pipe and fixing of short rail made from old long rails retrieved against BOQ Serial Item No.4.02 here-in-before including cutting threading of both ends to required size complete all as specified and shown on drg. and directed.

Removing of damaged/ broken/ unserviceable leg from existing frame of Charpoy GI pipe and fixing leg made from old short rails retrieved against BOQ Serial Item No.4.03 here-in-before including cutting threading and welding of 3 mm MS plate of required size in bottom of leg and fixing in Charpoy GI Pipe complete as specified and shown on drg and directed.

Removing of old/ damaged /unserviceable GI elbow 3 way, 32 mm bore from existing frame of Charpoy GI pipe and S&F of new GI elbow 3 way, 32 mm bore, medium grade confirmiing to IS 1239 to Charpoy GI pipe, complete all specified and shown on drawing and directed.

Deduct schedule of credit (calculation will be done off line) Rs.39,100.00
